Try wipe in cwmr and if that too doesn't help then best is to flash pre rooted gb rom using odin, you can get it from my sig. And then flash JB again.

Lol thanks for the detailed explanation of your situation /sarcasm.
Seriously bud you're gonna need to give more information than that. Could be anything. Odds are you flashed from an unsafe kernel and your note is toast :/

Which kernel did you flash and was the jb rom for the note gt n7000 or the correct one for your model?

UPDATE 2
I unbricked my note, now i'm with the stock ICS 4.0.4 and notecore kernel 14 and root access, but the counter is at 12 atm and the triangle away doesn't want to run. If i try to reinstall via odin the leaked jb 4.1.1 it crashes and so i have to reinstall ICS 4.0.4 again. Now what i have to do to install leaked jb 411? (the first time, ics404notecore14 was easy, just odin and the rom jb411).
Thanks

make sure you have full root, triangle away should work if you have root..
if you on notecore kernel, thats mean you have CWM.
download rom from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=33225786
install via CWM..

I would add to azzledazzles post that you want to flash a safe kernel after, phillz or something else, don't stick on stock.

That's bootloop, and not a brick. Just go to recovery mode and wipe data / factory reset.

I am using the cm10.1 ,4.2.2 asylum rom ...
If i want to unroot my device,it is just flash the stock ics rom by using odin and it will unroot automatically
i am come from hong kong and sorry for my bad english
Yes but FIRST
While on cm10.1
Go to recovery and wipe everything then flash ICS with PC Odin
PS don't do any wipes on stock ics or you will brick your phone...that is why you have to do the wipes first in JB recovery.
Please hit thanks.

You do not want or. Need the pit for your situation
And yes you can just flash JB same way
