Using Zeus 6.39 ROM
Installed ROM manager premium 5.0.0.8 version
Few days later installed CWM touch version
Today, I tried to install Zeus v7 ROM, I went into CWM recovery, but then touch is not working...it's ok
But physical keys also not working, the search button for select is not working
volume up and down working, physical keys of menu and home button working for up and down...back button is working
select button of search key is not working to select
Later I used ROM manager internally to flash Zeus v7, succeeded. Is there any solution in forum for Zeus v7 bugs, till now I never saw.
but CWM is 200% easy and best..
solution plz, sorry for bad English
Well, I'm still using "old" CWM-Recovery, recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.6-p970.img as I don't like touch version...
So I don't know, maybe because CWM-Touch that has the problem...

New is not the best surely
You don't use search button to select, you use home button (i think)

I'm using bell i9000 and I'm having problem with my back button. when I click it a few times, the light of the back button turns off while the menu button is on but both bottons, as well as the home button is non responsive.
I did some diggings and saw that the touch key firmware using the *#*#2663#*#* thing might some the problem. But I'm wondering if it matters if I'm using custom rom? I'm using Darky's rom. Does Touch key FW update only work with stock rom?
Any help please?
Flash stock then update keys then go to cfw

Hello Im a super noob over here...
Just currently flash gingercrutz rev 8.1 into my W8 from froyobread,
Dont like it, BIA not running as smooth as on froyobread.. So decided to revert back, unfortunately, I cant boot into xrec/cwmrec recovery.. Basically it stuck at the SE logo not goin anywhere..
As usual when halfly bricked like that, remove the batt and recover the phone, try to reboot into recovery again, and failed!
Nah, please help me..
Need my recovery to work again thanks!
Try again ,if it's not working then reflash stock rom with Seus/Flashtool.

hello bro,
I really donno whats actually happen,
theres an error in cwm recovery after the flash, some sort like ''bad recovery'' but I though it was ok, so i reboot out, propably and def my fault..
I guess It might be my mistake afterall, I thought I have fullwipe, which I might not, since I cant wait to boot into the awesome crutz lol! and def its awesome! Very stylish and I really love the new camera
Unfortunately games doesnt run perfectly(heavy lag on BIA 2) so I switch to gingerxperia(which is thought to be an upgrade of crutz!)
yeap some how gxp gaming performance is really at top notch even better than froyobread!(I confirm this lol)
##might wanna rename the rom crutzXplay instead lol
Btw I have to say sorry, It might not be the ROM glitch afterall, def my own mistake,
Thanks for the care
@rav3n_pl
@dotsen9
Got it done bro, thanks
Np,when you cwm tells you bad recovery,just don't select yes to restore cwm,and then select yes(it's asking if you really wanna do this).

I'm using the official htc stock rom (sense 3.6) and I was wondering if we can use the volume buttons to wakeup the phone. Is there a tweak or an app for this that really does work?
Anyone any ideas?

You can try this
Made for ARHD, might work for stock, make a backup just in case

Go to the Development section and take a look at the XS-ICS 2.2 Kernel. It works great with thr stock ICS ROM and has the Swipe to Wake feature. When it is in sleep mode you can swipe across the touch buttons to wake it up. You can also swipe it right to left to put it into sleep mode. It is a great feature.
@eRadicant:
I see that there is a zip file. I assume that you have to install it with 4ext recovery.
But my phone is back to stock. So I'm not rooted, no revcovery and relocked. So I can't install the zip file (I think).
@tpbklake :
don't know if the XS-ICS 2.2 kernel is stable enough. I'm reading that there are still some issues.
So I wanted to try this thread: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285187
But I don't have the classes.dex file. So I think I'll just give up and wait for the Nik's transformer.
hi guys, on gingerbread i used to replace my font with a custom one.
Can i do it on v30a too? shall i use a program for change it without make mistakes? thanks
Yes you can but why don't you flash the official ICS it's very fast and stable

HIT THE THANKS BUTTON IF HELPED
solved, you can choose wich recovery already installed on the phone by pressing "install", thank you very much.
Anyway, u don't need to ask in capslock to press the thanks button, i'll do because you, but please don't ask for it.
I'm using tonyp's latest rom build (05) and the Magnyfying Glass (physical button) is not working.
When I push the button nothing happens, Actually the phone vibrates, but doesn't go to the search bar.
Anyone has this issue or know how to solve it?
Thanks!

Reflashing tonyp's rom didn't solve the problem.
Installed CM 10.1 "Stock" and it is solved, button working again and rom running smooth.
try to set it manually in settings / hardware buttons
