Hi,
I'm looking for a keyboard-case, but can't find an azerty keyboard, only qwerty.
It exists ?
Have a nice day.
I doubt it, there's just not enough of a market outside of Germany for them. I had a quick look on Amazon.de and they have a couple of iPad ones but that's all.
/edit oops, might have been better looking for a French one but still the same problem.
Okay, thanks for your answer. It sucks...
So I will take a case AND a bluetooth keyboard, but all in one solution is better !
btw: azerty is french qwertz is german

Hello
Does a Pharos Battery fit in a Diamond?
Some users say yes...
Andi
Look at this one!!!
http://www.smartphoneshop.nl/product/54597/52822/3322/adapt-battery-htc-touch-diamond-1100-mah.html
Sorry... i don't speak other than English & Greek, so... does it need an extra back cover or not?
1340mah
this one needs an extra back cover, which is included
http://www.pdamax.de/?art_nr=hz-265&ausWG=Touch_Diamond
anything new to this?
this shop offers the pharos battery for the diamond
http://www.cyberport.at/item/2/1/0/111970/akku-fuer-htc-touch-diamond-p3700--pharos-p3470.html
is this a mistake or does it really fit?
i saw these pharos batteries for diamond at many shops online, also the distributor store i can acces had it. but most of them deleted the diamond aout of specs-list.
in the moment the battery isn't available at the distributor, but i think i will give it a try!
any pharos users could help there, too, could you just post the excat dimensions of the pharos battery?

I bought a Tytn II a while back and was looking through the various known keyboard images and didn't see one that matched mine. Anybody have any idea what region this is supposed to be?
lol?
Probably some asian dialect. I would guess its chinese but might be japanese.
But im really suprised that you couldn't figure that out by yourself.

I have a quick question, if I am about to buy a Kaiser in Spanish all that I have to do is flash the phone with an English ROM and I'll have a regular Kaiser correct? Please help quickly because I don't have much time to buy this phone.

yes .......................
I also have one more question, the phone that I am looking to purchase has a Z key missing, is there any way (and if so how or where and how much) to get a new Z key for the phone?
Thank you so much for all of the help.

ebay is your friend my friend ... search for replacement keypads for kaiser. And secondly why don't you buy from someone here??? alot of kaiser users are selling their kaisers as they are switching to the fuze or someother new phone for htc.
hell I would love to buy from someone here but the thing is people are looking for a lot more here then on EBay right? Like I mean I am looking at them on Ebay for like $200? If some one can offer a deal around there I would much rather buy from here.
parts replacement
It seems to me the two best sites I have found for Kaiser parts, are CNN.CN and cellulardr - both sell the keypad
I have an ECR-K10AWE official Samsung Galaxy Tab Keyboard purchased in Australia. The printed keys are US keyset. However, they keycodes it is transmitting are UK (for example, 'at' is under 'double quote', and.. well... instead of 'hash/US pound' I get 'UK pound' symbol..
The only place that this really bugs me is on twitter. But as I walked past the shop I bought it from the other day, I thought I'd ask the sales guy if he'd heard of others having similar issues. Unfortunately, not only did he tell me he hadn't because no one else had bought it yet, he had in fact received a recall notice 'Sounded like some firmware issue'. Which would near tally with my experience. Unfortunately, he'd only heard of a recall not a replacement program.
I'm wondering if anyone's heard of a way to flash the keyboard, or some other hack, so that it transmits US character set? I'm not particularly interested in rooting the GTab itself until I get a GTab2 or similar nextgen device. Far more interested in messing with the keyboard firmware, given the lack of promise of a 'proper' working one coming forth from Samsung.

I don't believe the keyboard is transmitting "key codes" as such - if I change the language on my Tab to something else, my keyboard acts as if it were in that language.
Have you tried setting your Tab to a different locale, perhaps US English, to see if it makes a difference?
Regards,
Dave

I knew I left out some vital info. DOH!
This happens no matter which English locale variant I use. US English, NZ English, SA English, AU English all behave as if the keyboard had UK/IE English characters printed on top of them.
edit:
It might be noteworthy that this unit, sold in AU, has a three language manual; English, French and Spanish. Usually over this way we score English and two or three far east Asian languages in our manuals.

I can confirm issue is not with Keyboard but with tab SW itself. I tried Apple Wieless Keyboard and Samsung Keyboard Dock both and got the same results with both. @=" and #=UK Pound.
Both keyboards can't be wrong and so Tab version in Australia is to be blamed. Hope it gets fixed in next upgrade.

Thanks for this. It made me remember to try my Freedom Pro keyboard on it (haven't used it in a while). This uses a third party driver, and does correctly pick up the US keymap (even though the only English layout on offer from the driver is enUK).
I might try some other BT keyboards I have access to, see what transpires. But given your report, I'm inclined to agree this does seem like a Tab side issue, rather than the keyboard. I'll get back to my supplier on this, he's a bit more switched on than your average phone store geek. He's frustrated that Sammy won't explain why there's a recall on the keyboards, this may give him a bit more ammo.
Cheers
