[Q] Stable All Working Roms

i Want a Stable Rom for my lg optimus black which has everything working in it WiFi, calls, video calls, camera and so on
is there a ROM which looks good is really stable and works everything perfectly ??
dose there any stable cynogenmod with all working including video call and camera ??

All GB based roms except cm7. Zeus, Supressed, Nova, Marvel etc.

IMHO Zeus 6.4 is the most stable there is. Zeus 7... versions seem to be OK for some ppl but I had some problems with it. Zeus 6.4 is much more stable then stock ROM.

I think not, as I understood it he wanted to say all stock bassed ROMs (Zeus, Marvel and Supressed are all based on LGEs 2.3.4 and I think Nova is based on LGEs 2.2.2) but not CyanogenMod 7 that is a completly indedendend development based on AOSP. But I could be wrong as there seems to be some missunderstanding between me and pkb_always4u, even if I did not really have a clue why.
I must confess I have sometimes problems here to understand what ppl mean, maybe that's because english is not my mother tongue and so I have problems to understand some comments that are only bassed on english.
With that I don't mean pkb_always4u, his english looks good to me.

SaschaKH I understood just like you. Don't worry about your english. I did not understand where you could be misunderstood (laughing where ?) but I guess that OP's problem is solved. If I may say something, it is that the snapshot CM10 is very stable in the way that I don't have any trouble with it (the only thing driving me crazy is the backlight always coming back to full brightness after unlocking it eheh).

All jelly bean rom are not for daily use
Bad battery drain, sod, fc, BT not work correctly, etc

Im using akop build 5 jb rom n I dint face such prb which u mentioning below

CM10 (can't remember which nightly I used) doesn't have those problems either.
Apparently ShenduOS is also really good. I haven't had time to test it yet.

you obviously dont know how to use the phone. latest cm10 nightly dont have that bugs, maybe the battery drain but it depends on how you use the phone but my experience with any gb roms specially stock is the same battery life with cm10, so everyone can use it now as a daily driver aside from you caveman who dont know how to use your ob.

nightly from 20121111 or 20121114 have an exelent battery duration, the only issues that I had so far, is GPS takes around 10 minutos to lock a satelite, and the camera crashes every time you try to record a video, photos works great

Does som1 has the problem that the softkeys aren't working?? i did all 3 wipes but they still don't work
Can you guys please tell me what firmware (KDZ/AP+CP) you are using?? or is it a hardware issue??
When using CWM or CynMod7 (boype's) they respond great, but using cm10 they don't work at all (not responding, lights are on!)

I had the same issue and solved formating /system. I'm using RR JB v3.

CM10 14th nightly..
for good results, do full wipe (3 wipes)

Just format system from CWM? and then reflash a stock rom and a cutom rom??

Doesn't make much sense, if you flash a stock ROM you need to root first to flash a custom ROM and if you want a custom ROM why flash a stock ROM first?

[Q] bugs in ics based roms?

hi ppl, i have noticed that in the nemesis X rom and marvel v10 rom, which are both based on ics, when ever i do a reboot to my phone, i need to change my call ringtone and notification sound back to what it was before the reboot. its like it comes back to default sound in each reboot.
i thought at first it was a nemesis X bug, but now i see it happen on marvel v10 rom aswell, have you had that problem also??? maybe you got a solution for that???
i will try the IZS rom and check if it happen there also. cause i guess if it does that probably it a bug in ICS stock version, or am i wrong, cause im not a developer or that sort, just like to dig around the system.

Use IZS...its the best ics based rom now available...with respectable battery n very good performance...almost bugless..atleast i didnt face any

I cant use Instagram on IZS. So I went back to Zeus 7.06

3.4.1 app has a bug ,, 3.4.0 works fine

[Q] Lg Launcher v3

Is there any chance to improve the LG launcher? He still draws from scratch and it takes 10 seconds, I can not use it. I try on stock v 30b, and Marvel ROM. I like LG Launchers but now is not usable. This applies to both launchers - stock 30b and port from optimus G.

This is rom related issue ,, try to force it to be in memory using build.prop line ,,google is ur friend

I try but it's not working on v30b.
I have not found another solution
People write "great, smooth, speedy etc" how it could be? Maybe my rom or phone is broken? (My camera not working properly too, on every rom.)

[ Help ] X8 Restarting Again and Again

Hi all,
Xperia X8 was my first Android phone, which is now using by my brother as I have brought new phone. Everything was working fine till yesterday. Don't know what happened, but suddenly X8 is restarting randomly again n again.I checked it and I can't use it more than a minute. (I have installed GDX v27 last time.)
I did all three wipes. And also reflashed GingerDX v27.But no use, I am facing the same problem. Please tell me what to do?
