Please need help

Maybe there is already a thread, but i can not find it.
But need help for puttin CWM on my sensation XL
This is where i am:
When i boot the phone up with power and volume down:

Whatever i do
recovery_for_1.28 download to phone (done)
but my phone is starting up with HBOOT and not with CWM
I work with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Is that the problem or wat is.?
i don't gettin him started with CWM
please help

i have been install new rom on my device
before i install the new rom my hboot menu was black screen
but now its like
***relocked***
*** security warning ***
runnymede pvt ship s-on
hboot-1.25.0004
radio-3822.10.10.12_m
emmc-boot

and when i try to get to recovery or factory reset its take along time without any change just c the white screen and green htc in the middle without any response
but i can get into fastboot and image crc
i want the official Rom for my htc sensation xl
and my htc cid: htc__044
i wanna know what i need to install it
im just a begginer:crying:

You will need to unlock boot loader. Install recovery. Root then s off then run the ruu from asja

Here is ICS ruu for HTC_044.
It takes me 3 days googling to search this thing when I bricked my phone on 2nd day after purchased this phone.

i have friend who think he an expert told me it has to relocked mood to install the rom
tell me how i can make my phone unlock i have adb tool

[Q] HTC One restarting on htc boot screen

Hi everyone, this is my firtstime posting here, always iI find a solution reading the old post but not at this time. I have htc one international (no carrier), this morning i wake up and the phone wont turn on, just make loop booting on htc screen. I try recovery, factory reset and nothing working. So the only way to fix is trying to flash a stock rom but i cant find ruu for this Htc one. Details:

If you still have it under warranty you might want to check that first.

Problem with S-OFF on HBoot 1.54

Hello to everyone!
Iam in big trouble with my htc m7 and I want some to help me here! I know that everything is possible..
The real problem is that when I install CM12.1 rom after a while the phone restart it self and then I loose my IMEI, Baseband version etc. and doesn't work with SIM card.. Yes, all of that information has removed after some time. WHY ?
So I think that I need to get S-OFF to fix this problem or maybe someone will give me better solution ???
The phone has Unlocked bootloader.
I try any method and also with "rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0" to get S-OFF on CM 12.1 installed rom, but gives me error... I try with Guru reset- nope. I try some RUU-nope.
Is there any idea to fix my phone back to stock ?
Also, you can look that my CID is from google, but that is no original because the phone was S-OFF before and someone has mess with trying to install some radio and somehow they loose S-OFF and now has changed CID etc...
But, like I said, If I did not have any problems with loosing my IMEI, Baseband version, then I would be happy!
