[Q] Rooted & Flashed

I recently rooted and flashed my nexus one for the first time! It was really easy and I flashed CM6.1 to it. Can anyone recommend any other roms there are and maybe some of the different things that each rom contains? I am very curious to know what each offers. Also any rooted apps that anyone would be able to recommend would be great. Thanks in advance.

Look around the forums and you will find a bunch of them.

1) Read the ROMs page in Wiki (look at my signature).
2) Look in Development forum.

GT-P1000 Working Thread

Hello everyone,
I started this thread to find out what mod is working well on GT-P1000.
If you tested a Kernel or something like that and it works fine on the GT-P1000 please note it here and put a link where to find this mod.

I "believe" all GSM based roms / kernels will work.
on my GT-P1000
i have tried the following:
Kernels
default kernel from Roto v5
Modaco
1.2-1.4 overclocked kenel
ROMs
Roto v5
Modaco
Overcome 1.1.3

Hi...I just bought one from Europe so that it would have the full capabilities on it. Which sim card is the best to use in the US? T-Mobile or AT&T? What are the advantages disadvantages? I have been searching but don't seem to find a definitive answer. Thanks in advance. I also just got the Viewsonic G Tablet and have an EVO, both rooted.

[Q] What ROM should i flash

Hi all,
sorry for my noob question but i would like to know, as a first time flasher, what ROM i should flash?
I have a P1000 Australian tab, rooted but thats it.
I would like something that runs faster, smoother and with as few bugs as possible.
With so many options out there i was wondering if people could post there experiences with the different ROMS available through this forum to help me decide which one to try first.
I have some experience in jailbreaking (iphones) hacking the motorola Razor and a few other phones over the years.

I have a Aussie telatra tab. I'm using overcome, its the best rom at the moment. Give it a try

Any Euro ROM will work on Aussie shipped Tabs. I have an Aussie Optus Tab and use Roto JMIv2, love it.

[Q] What's up with all the VZW Galaxy Roms? Seems none of the download links work

I've tried to find numerous GB ROMs for the VZW Galaxy Tab (7") over on the development forum and every single link to a kernel and ROM that I can find gives either a 404 or bandwidth exceeded error, even the mirrors I've been able to find have the same problem.
Anybody have any ideas?

If you want a GB rom and dont mind not having 3g, the rooted SprintGB works. On the VZW tab, its actually what im running now. As for the links being down, I have no idea and was wondering the same thing.

[Q] Galaxy Tab p1c CDMA constant restarts

I have tried numerous roms with this tab since I have bought it, all 4.0+.
I didn't try any Gingerbread roms much, and flashed cm9 almost as soon as I bought it.
No rom remains stable without force closing every app upon launching for more than a week. Even the stable 9.1.0 CM9.
Is this a frequent problem with ICS/JB? I had the same problem with a family member's Ainol Novo Elf II, which i just shipped back for returns because of it.
Or is this problem hardware related, being that no rom will work?
Also I tried to flash Galaxy Cubed from the latest CM10, but it gave me an error.
Is there a file to restock this tablet? Such as an sbf file like some phones use?
Please don't flame me for not researching, because I tried with google, but it left a lot to be desired, and much of the info is now outdated.

you can try EF17 stock rooted rom from this one.

Thank You! I will try that tomorrow. My tab is Verizon CDMA, that shouldn't make a difference even though that says sprint correct?

should not matter, but actually I don't have a CDMA device.
Only so far seems like that thread has the working stock rom for CDMA.
I guess you can use it just to restock, put CWM, then you can put Galaxy Cubed
