LG Revolution flash to MetroPCS

simple question. Is it possible to flash an LG revolution from Verizon over to MetroPCS?
if anyone knows any helpful threads or how to do it i'd appreciate it. I've been searching for a while with little luck

I am afraid at this time the Revolution is a Verizon only beast.

that's what i thought. I looked at the houdini flashing tool and the revolution isn't listed as a device.
my friend who is looking to have the phone flashed said a guy on craigslist claims he can do it, but i'm doubting that guy is being totally honest, especially considering he wants to keep the phone for 4 days to do it.

That's not true. It can be flashed. I've been flashing them for months.

i recently encountered an lg revolution that i cant get ##lgservicemenu to work. do you know anything about it.

That means that your on the V8 build of firmware on your LG. You will have to downgrade to V7 in order for that dialer code to work. They purposely took ##lgservicemenu out on v8 to keep people from flashing. I would write up a tutorial on how to do it but....

They didn't take it out just so you know. Our company still flashes them even on V8. Can't share there method but they still do V8 you can check it out at flashtotalk

you haven't by chance made a tutorial for this flash have you, nevell? i've used your videos to flash at least 3 phones for myself and friends. your tutorials are the best. if you made one for this phone to page plus, i would donate a pack of newports.

Thanks, well that nexts on the list. A guide for tablet ui, comparison video with the original ui. Ill have those videos out on wednesday. Have too much work today.

Sharing a direct screen recording option for nexus 7

So i found a way to record the screen without pointing a camera at it if you are interested in that. I made a video on youtube. I think my title sucks or no one on youtube cares but here's the video. Because I can't post links yet i have to give you a title to my video to search for.

Yep. When I first saw this thread I thought it referred to getting a screen capture or screen shot. What you are actually referring to is completely different from that.

I've had my n7 about 5 days and the other night I was very very drunk, flashed smoothrom, too drunk to remember to clear cache and dalvik, got a boot animation freeze, went back, remembered to clear caches, and got it all working. That was after drinking a whole bottle of vodka myself. Bad idea doing things like that at times like that

Lmao. Yeah I was thinking they were gonna think I was referring to pointing a camera at the screen for some odd reason but sometimes I think too hard. Not sure why. I think I was also trying to keep the title short.

So while the mirroring potential is awesome, I have to ask, what's the advantage of this over just screen recording directly on the N7?

Are you talking about using screencast to record the Nexus 7. Because screencast doesn't work on the N7.
