Have you tried to put battery off and press vol- while put it via USB?

follow given steps:
Step 1. Remove battery
Step 2. Try to boot it in recovery mode by pressing POWER KEY + Vol. Up key Together until the second LG boot screen appears.
Step 3. CWM recovery will load n flash the proper rom by wiping the data, dalvik cache, battery status, wiping partitions.

hello to the member that posted this forum, hope i can be of help.
i had exactly the same problem, i belive i can help you,
first off, take your battery out, and hold vol up and down and then plug in usb, if your phone comes up as recognised as apx mode, your in luck.
i bricked my phone when flashing. my laptop died, i now now how to fix this problem. you need a few programs, but first tell me if you can get into apx mode atall. and from there i can help you.
hope you get back to me. i want to help as others have helped me in the past.

To enable USB OTG~

In many thread,says that o4x not support usb otg...i've heard a rule to make o4x support usb OTG
So you can try this step :
1.root your HH
2.install "android terminal emulator"
3.write su, if appear permissions superuser klik "Allow".
4.then fill
ls /dev/block
This is for check the flashdisk are enable or not ,if done ...look on the list, make sure there is sda or sda1. If yes it means your flashdisk enable.
5.and than write on terminal emulator
mount -t vfat /dev/block/sda1 /udisk
enter.
This is for mount flashdisk to our hh . sda1 was our sdcard placed , and vfat are kind of partition of our flashdisk.
Find folder "udisk" atau "usb*" on file manager
If done, write in android terminal.emulatiot
umount /udisk
Thats all

for me there is no sda or sda1
have u tested this method???????????

I'm not sure, that O4X is able to power up the USB drive, you probably have to use external power source for the host.

the lg nexus 4 also needs an external power source to get usb otg working. i guess the same applies for our device

problem with S / W mode

HI, i have really annoying problem when trying to update firmware even before updating unofficial v20a, when i try to enter download mode i have only color !! like the pic, every thing else is just fine, so if any one encountered something like that or know how to fix it please do tell it would be much appreciated.

just like me man its a buggy rom but i manage to counter it by pull the battery then *+DONT PUSH THE VOL DOWN FIRST+* CONNECT THE PHONE WITH THE PC THEN IMMEDIATLY PUSH THE VOL DOWN and see if its working cuz its work for me

Simply connect your phone with the battery inside. When connected, you then press volume down

[MOD][CM11 ONLY] QuickBoot for CyanogenMod 11

QUICKBOOT FOR CYANOGENMOD 11 v2.0​
Hi guys, i look a one plus one feature called quickboot, it intressed me and i decide to investigate and i found a simply apk file and it work very well on my official cm11.
How to intall Quickboot:
1- Download the file below
2- Push it on your phone memory
3- Reboot to recovery and install QuickBoot.zip and reboot
4- Enable it from developer option (Under root access)
5- For try it tap on shutdown botton from power menu
6- Enjoy
CHANGELOG:

- enable persist on flash nightly
Read this very carefully:
Sometime quickboot doesn't restore your sim functionality for resolve this problem shutting down and restar using quickboot​

edit : no bootloop , no difference.
edit2 : wow , it didnt worked with restart but when i try to shutdown it worked. 1 sec shutdown , 1 sec boot .

Nice! I had heard of this functionality on the S800 chip, and now I have it on my VZ980. I can confirm this mod works perfectly with the latest Mahdi.

Every time I use quick boot it fails to restore SIM functionality have to hard reboot to restore it. Anyone have a fix? OP's end note doesn't so much offer a fix but state a known issue.

...I would really like to know this too.

For me it doesn't work (mahdi rom).
When I shutdown the phone the screen turn off but after 1 sec it turn on again and I see the phone is in aereo mode, and the power on button it's unresponsive.
So I think the only thing the app do is turn off the screen and enable the aereo mode
EDIT: now work normally, but the phone never shut down really (I guess)

Reminds me of the Windows 8 fastboot. If you shutdown, your PC will go in a type of hibernation mode. Booting is almost instant. If you do a restart it'll take much longer. Not sure if the same applies here.

My HTC Sensation came with the same functionality. The phone doesn't completely shut off, just sorta hibernates.

Yes, the phone is hibernate...and use battery i tested 1% half an hour

i can confirm that this works on Carbon also. the bug can be remedied by shutting down using quickboot

It's some sort of manual for MI3. You don't need that, I actually uninstalled it.
