Is there any diffrence between those two phones? Can i flash Optimus 2x roms to a Optimus Speed?

There is a lot of info there, also you can try with Super One Click too, I made it with BlackJack

If you want to get gingerbread you have to use smartflash with rom pack. all in guide maybe first stock 2. 3. 4 with root.

Yes, it's impossible even if you flash cm10

This friday LG releases su660 sources so we can get a full working cm 10, waiting for that!

What can be found?

any hardware or software issues? many says all the issues will be solved after updating to ICS

from hardware i don't think there is big difference, both have chipset nvidia tegra 2. the difference in software, i don't know what is the suitable ROM for SU660 because it's different from optimus 2x international version.
the software update SU660 is faster than optimus 2x don't know why, maybe LG decide to prioritize Korean people i guess. but optimus 2x has many ROMS beside stock, CM7 for the example, or you can use flash stock zip rom with CWM which already tweaked. and you can flash another kernel, like mine using CM7 and symbiosis kernel (the kernel already discontinued due to the author leave xda). or you can flash CM10 but still bugs on it.
