[Q] How to remove root and CWM Touch recovery - LG Optimus 4X HD

Hi,
I got my P880 yesterday and played with it a little. Unfortunately i didn't noticed problem with its camera. I have strange spot in the middle of rear cam CCD and all photos have red glow in the middle. So my beloved new gadget must go to service. Problem is that i already rooted it and installed CWM Touch recovery v6.0.1.1. I made it step by step as its written in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818502 and http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1826378 threads so i lost my warranty.
Can anybody help me?

Uninstall the recovery program and use SuperSu to unroot. Then do a factory reset.
Rooting never voids warranty.

If you don't have a system more then you have to flash the rom again. You tryed this?

What happens is that when I tried to go into the External SD directory it will appear to be empty even thou that's not the case
I mean flash it with flashtool. For this you don't need ext sd card
You know how to do this?

[Q] LG G Flex D958 Recovery

Hello,
Does anyone have a clue on how we can Install a custom recovery on the G Flex D958? I've tried several solutions like Flashify and manually running commands through Terminal Emulator and once it supposed to be installed, it restart and then jump right into the launcher, and it's impossible to access to the recovery, assuming the recovery was actually never installed.
The Flex doesn't have a custom recovery yet. I would be careful on messing with your phone without it.
Weird...
What about this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2554004

Developers
Where are all the LG Developers? No love for the Flex? Its a powerful device that screams feed me! I want some custom ROMs.
Theres plenty of lg dev working on it. Its just with the bootloader being locked down better than ever we are having a little trouble finding a hack or work around. Ive got an apk that will install cwm. Ive posted pics and used it. It works. I actually had to use the backup I made ,as soon as I got into cwm, today to restore due to my home button quit responding. Why? I dont know that yet but it restored perfect. Cache and dalvik wipe fine. Only issue is you can't boot to cwm from power off position. Must use apk. So its kinda pointless unless you can boot safe mode. Like I did today. We havent posted the apk or intstructions due to not finished yet and it deletes your factory recovery. So youre f*$&#d if you brick due to no factory recovery. And we dont want peep rushing in and installing then boom theyre dead and hoise burns down.

Locked phone, how to unlock it?

Hi guys!
Friend of mine has got XZ, so do I, but he has got a problem with his XZ. His kids have unlocked his phone with a pattern, and they don't remember it, and what is more my friend didn't remember his google account password. So my question is, how to unlock this phone without Factory reset, or is there any other method to unlock it, or which rooting method is the best, I dunno about the system version, so I can install recovery and then make factory reset.
Are there any other methods? Please share your thoughts about my friend's problem, I will really appreciate them

Unroot using sony pc companion

HI guys
im currently running slim rom 4.4 on my z1 with unlocked bootloader. im looking to wipe and unroot, the guides ive seen are not to straight forward, im pretty much a complete noob and not very tech savvy, and a little worried about bricking my z1.
recently i connected my z1 to the laptop and sony pc companion auto ran and siad i have an update {157 firmware} for my z1, if i were to go ahead with this update would i brick my phone or would it wipe and be back to factory rom and would root be lost
For unroot, Simply connect your phone to pc and do "repair" in pc companion.
Edit: you lose your data after repair.

If you do repair then it will have a reset. I'm not sure if the repair does update your firmware as well, but I don't think so. And I think the bootloader will still be open. You must relock it before, but again I'm not 100% sure with this.
Edit: if you take out SD card, it can't be deleted. But the internal storage of your phone will be deleted.

Help recovering soft bricked (bootlooped) phone

First off, I wanna make clear that i have had no android experience whatsoever.
I only knew about Xposed and how it could do wonders for your phone.
So when i used Kingoroot to root my Blu Vivo XL, it rebooted, and it was stuck on the colorful boot screen.
I rebooted in "factory mode" (the one that tests modules like the speaker, sim card slots, etc) and, being the absolute noob i am, i selected "clear eMMC" and used it.
Then, after i rebooted again, it was stuck on the other boot screen (the black and white one before the colorful one).
Now, i've let it sit on the black and white screen for nearly a day now, and nothing has happened.
Please help.
Also, I didn't know about the "enable oem unlock" feature, so it wasn't enabled before it was bricked.
Is my phone completely screwed?
You used kingroot to root your device?
Sent from my D2004 using XDA-Developers mobile app
I attempted to root using Kingroot, but it rebooted in the middle, and now it's bricked.
I checked the root status from the stock recovery, it says that it is not rooted.
I'm not a pro on this but i've tried almost everything. I dont suggest kingroot or other apps when your device isnt supported. But rooting it via od1n will work. Try to enter stock recovery mode then clear cache then hard reset. If it doesnt work, download your device model stock rom from the internet then flash it via od1n. Goodluck hopes up. Its just a softbrick ?

First off, thank you so much for responding!
Basically, I finally found the stock rom for the vivo xl, and i used sp flash tool to restore.
I think Odin is only for samsung phones, so i didnt find any guides for restoring other brand phones, but thank you so much for the encouragement!
I bricked my phone many times. Esp my sony e1 there's no recovery for e1 so everytime I brick my phone just need my stock rom and flashtool. But mostly odin
