Im going to slow down the animation slightly from 15fps to 7fps, it should run smoother and look more "old school"
How to use this on X10? I try to modified it withBootAnimationPreview 1.5 but don't work. If i put the bootanimation.zip directly after download, it works but it's center in the screen on X10, so i would to modified the resolution to 480x854. When I did that with the program (BootAPreview 1.5) the screen of my phone is black
Can you help me please? Thanks.

I didn't make the pictures and fonts by myself, redesigned to my style and put them together.
Install:
- unzip Folder
- enter bootloader
- connect USB
- run CustomRuu.exe...wait... hd2 make a auto restart

this is my first animation for windows...curently its for QVGA display i will up date as soon as i finish for the other displays...if u like to have a different one pls comment i will try to do it.....i dont know how to provide preview if u know pls let me know how to do it?....

procedure:
extract zip file rename it to animation send it to ur phone and copy and paste in the root of windows folder(use any file explorer but not the default one)

How i change start up animation ?
So I reworked the default ICS bootanimation. I always found it really washed out and just seemed to me like a recording of the actual animation. So I decided to up the contrast and vibrance of it.
Here's the comparison video, you'll want to try and view it in 720p to notice the difference easily.

I love this animation and have used it as my most common boot animation since it was first leaked, however you're reworked versions doesn't seem to work on my Droid X2. Is the resolution too high for me to use it, maybe?
There was a problem with the zip compression that meant some devices couldn't get it working. It's been fixed now.
Works great now. Love the more vivid colors!!!

Just place the "bootanimation.zip" file in media folder and restart.
error on pasting it
I tried and it says

wht to do now ??
FYI: I'm running icZen 1.3 kernel # 34
After i put this in system/media folder and reboot nothing happens.Please advice.

Just take backup of your stock animation and audio from /system/media and replace with these both..
Comment if you have any problems or if you feel it is good...
