Getting 1.6 rom back?

Hi everyone
Is there a way to get the 1.6 rom back in the phone? Or at least the bootscreen and get the phone in a loop?
This is because in Mexico stock version is 1.6 and when they saw the boot screen they told me it was not the stuck version. So untill it was not stuck boot they wont accept the phone for warranty. They just need that so i can send it to warranty.

once upgrade is impossible downgrade to 1.6. Some user force brick your phone for assistance.
is the 2.1 update not for every country?
flash the stock 2.1 or use the lg tool for emergency flash.

I know they so stupid but theres no way to make them understand so is useless and i figureout this will be the way

il just use kdz and brick the phone give it to them :/ they took mine in when it would not boot
I think the LG guys are either being *****es or dicks. The only thing i have noticed was the "android" boot logo being smoother on 2.1.
They are just screwing around with you.

Dont use this method. It will give raised flash counter, which is d only most annoying part to handle on note.

My apologies to OP for bring so unhelpful.... Had a crap day yesterday and took it out on someone I'd never met in a forum, pretty childish. I'm not in the habit of doing that and won't repeat it.

Really need help... did some sh%&!

Hello! I don't know how to start... First I rooted my o4x... everything was OK...
I was reading about Bootloader and how to unlock on the Page android-hilfe.de and don't checked that is only if I'm on Jellybean... but I was on ICS... I flashed a file called 'blunlock.sh' with a scriptmanager from Playstore... everything went OK.. I thought.... but my phone, when it reboots it stuck in a black screen after the LG Logo and the Operator logo (the one from 3 Austria).
Now my hope is on you! Is there any way to 'unbrick' my LG? Is it bricked? How can I safe it...
In LG flashing I'm kind of noob... flashing the SGS2 is way easier! Please help me!!!
Post scriptum: Sorry about my bad English! I'm from Austria.... we don't speak much English...
Thanks for any helpful answer!!
I forgot to say, that I tryed a full wipe in 'stock' recovery. The one when hold "Power" and "Vol. -" pressed... nothing happened...

Yes you can update to Jellybean using this method as long as you have a V20x KDZ.
You can download the correct one for your region from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2229699
I believe your phone may still be branded depending on which KDZ you flash.
Just so you know, when I updated I did not lose my data, so I guess you shouldn't either.
Thanks a lot my friends! I did It! In my case it was very easy. Just lanched the LG Update Tool on my PC and my Phone restarted with Jellybean 4.1.2!

The phone kernel is 2.6.35.7-N7000XXKL8-CL840182. In order to install another firmware I saw is not easy according this version, it's true?
It's locked to Uk Vod. If possible help me to root this phone. I tought was easy like my htc sensation but looks not.

Sorry about that but I'm portuguese and i'm trying using google translator.
What I meant is if it's possible to change roms.
You missplaced your thread. But it's been fixed by the forum moderators now.
About your problem, I suggest you to backup your important data, delete everything from the phone memory, and flash some stock ROM using Odin.
There are plenty of guides here on XDA to do so.
If you're still confused PM me in about 5 hours and I can help you in (Brazilian) Portuguese. Might be a little better.

No, it's not worth the try. You might end up wanting to unlock your bootloader and ask stupid questions and such. So better don't even start at all.

Depends!!
if you are just using it for normal use like phone calls, whatsapp etc..you can avoid it.
Having said that rooting your phone will open up a new world of access to you.
You can unlock your bootloader, flash new rom. but will void your warranty.

I wish people would stop perpetuating this stupid myth that unlocking your bootloader invalidates your warranty. It doesn't necessarily do so at all.
If you over-clock the CPUs and blow the phone up then you are unlikely to get help from LG, but if your screen falls there is no reason for them to refuse the repair.
It's all down to what you do with it and how you unlock. If the official method works then you are far more likely to get help than if you use the other methods and blow different fuses.
It also depends how you bought the phone and where you live.
Now i have installed cyanogenmod 10.2
However im not new to rooting & stuff i had a lg optimus one and i killed it while falshing the stock rom with kdz
