Problems with Google Play (error)

Hi guys anibody getting this problem on google play i cant even enter. I tried clearing data,force closing it and even uninstalling updates but i keep getting this error

Im sorry im not femiliar with samsungs apps.
However you could give google voice (us only) or google talk(worldwide) a try, skype is quite popular aswell. I hope you can achief what youre trying to do.
