Did you try uot kitchen already? And read in my noob how to about it. There are links from gabz and Huexxx as well, that will help you get started and I think A LOT of guides here on XDA

Look man, no one's spoon feeding you here. You'll have to search. There are many guides to make your own rom. Go through them.
