[Q][Xperia T] Ipsec vpn not working on STOCK roms - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hi,
When using the ICS/JB STOCK roms, the ipsec vpn does not working.
It can connect to the server but no traffic can be forwarded.
However when using CM10, the ipsec vpn works fine.
Any idea to fix the problem on STOCK roms?

[Q] Leaked Froyo and tun.ko availability

Hi,
I was thinking about upgrading my SGS to XXJPH, but as long as one of the apps I use daily on my device is vpnc (an ipsec vpn client), I'll need a tun module to make it work (well, obviously root & busybox are needed too).
Does this firmware come with built-in tun.ko, or should we wait for sources and compile one? Did anyone here test Openvpn or Vpnc on it?
Thanks!

Issues with hidden sid wifi

Although I've added an hidden sid network, the tab cannot connect to it. I have to unhide the sid to make it connect... is there a workaround for this?
I don't have this problem with HTC Sensation, it can connect and it can also detect hidden sids with some wifi apps, my tab nor does connect, nor does detect with the same app...

Which ROM? Which kernel? Is it Honeycomb or an IceCreamSandwich ROM? Someone out there might help you with more details.
I haven't had those issues and my SSID is hidden, although I am using the AOKP ROM. I remember the stock 3.1 firmware having some Wi-Fi SSID issues, but they were kinda rare.

ICS Stunner and vpn (xauth psk)

Anyone tested the new version 1.6.26 to use a Xauth PSK VPN?
I can connect to my Palo Alto using xauth psk..but then no packets get routed. With my Asus Transformer stock rom it works fine, so it is not a issue of the Palo Alto Firewall.
Just let me know if it is working for you...so i know i got the problem or it's a problem of the ics stunner rom.

[Q] Avatar rom wifi tether

Hello,
I have the latest version of Avatar and I am trying to use any wifi tether.
The one that comes with the rom starts, but I cannot connect any clients to it. Foxfi doesn't work either. Any suggestions how I can make it work?
Thanks

WiFi Calling in TW 5.1.1.

None of the SM-N910T(3) roms that are out there, based on DOG1, seem to have wifi calling working. I have heard this is related to a kernel issue. However, does anyone know of a 5.1.1. rom with wifi calling that works?
Flash this kernel and you'll be all good to go! http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/orig-development/tw-kernel-emotroid-team-t2990557
I can't access this as the site is asking for a Google Verification code.
Maximum OvrDriVE 5.1.1 supports wifi calling out of the box, no special kernels or extra hacks needed.
