Just for clarification, which recovery do you have? And how did you obtain it?

When the led turns green, press vol up till the led turns purple. you will go into CWM. press vol down and you go into TWRP. If you are on double recovery.

That's actually something else... Turn off your phone using the power and vol-up keys, hold them until you feel your phone vibrate 3(!) times and turns off. Then wait 30 seconds or more and power it on again. You will probably see the triangle screen then. Let it do its thing and patiently wait for it to return to the bootanime.
Then reinstall recovery using the Windows installer or the apk installer.
-- EDIT --
I'm suspecting the 2 things to be unrelated.

Just redo the entire process.
Root it with doomlords thread then install cwm.

No screen still off even in download mod
I'd tried USB jig and also the screen still off

Sounds like the screen's fried, but I'd wait for someone else to reply.... I know there are a few people who've flashed s2 roms by mistake.

boot into download mode using vol dwn+home+power.(even though the screen is off keep pressing the buttons for 15 secs).. then after a few seconds press vol up.. connect the phone to pc and open odin. check if it recognizes the phone., if the COM port show yellow or blue... try flashing a GB rom which has boot loader....
Good luck. I hope you have success.

Hey, how do you solve the problem? I have the exact same problem as you, and could not boot into recovery at all. (I think my recovery is the older kind where the hotkeys had not been implemented yet).
Press vol down and power until the phone boots in recovery.
