I played Plague Inc while the battery was low(4%). After a while it shut downed itself(like any other android smartphone). I let it charge on the docking-station. After about 30min i went to turn it on...and what happened? nothing...
no LED blinking...no vibrate...i tried with and without(with charger) docking-station...volume+ and power also not helped...anyone can help?
Software issue or hardware? on my old Xperia X10 that wasn't a problem...just put it on charger and it turned on(the Xperia X10)
but it looks like the Xperia Z has an issue...

Hi guys!
Ive found some real prob at the xperia Z:
left the xperia z over night on a desk with good load. then on next day it was dead without anything done to it. now it wont turn on anymore. when i connect charger the red led flashes one time and the phone vibrates 3 times. again and again...
now does somebody know what this weired behavior could mean? broken accu? i cant find any error codes for vibe or led telling whats on.
bye!
I have the same issue !
My Xperia Z A just died without a trace.
I have the same symptoms.
I could not turn it on. No Logo No nothing.
I was able to use Flashtool to flash but after the flashing is competed, nothing really happened. Still cannot turn it on.

Disconnect from charger. Hold volume up for 10 seconds I think or longer(up to the 3 vibrates). What happens?
open flashtool and connect your phone while holding volume down. what happens?
Does the FlashTool say something?
Hold powerbutton + volume up till it vibrates 3 times indicated your phone is shutdown. Then charged your phone using wall socket. And be patient.
Its look like your battery is totally flat.

My Sony Xperia ZL is NOT booting up unless it has an external power supply. The phone vibrates, shows the SONY bootscreen, and then dies. Also, the phone runs perfectly until i disconnect it and it simply dies in the blink of an eye. I have an unlocked bootloader and was on CM10.2, flashed the stock ftf for 4.3, then 4.2, and yet nothing worked! My device is just around 8 months old and i doubt that my battery can be dead all of a sudden when it was giving decent backup until today!
(couldn't get a reply on the ZL forum that's why posting here)
So you can't turn on your Z without an external power supply but If you turn it on with an external power supply, you get in a bootloop?
Did I understand it correctly?
Are you able to boot it in fastboot? It may be worth wiping the phone and flashing the ZL stock firmware, that might work.
Hi,
This the 5th day from staring problem.
My Z1 can't be charged, the red led not appear and the charge icon also. It just play the sound when plug in the USB and give also access the PC Companion. The USB of Z1 is OK (it's recognised by the computer).
After that to solve the probleme, I have flashed the Kernel using fastboot, reinstalled the firmware. Of course before that I have tried all solution like vol+ and power button,... no result.
Something abnormal happened when I plug in USB and the system was loaded. The phone became unlockable !! If the click to the power button to lock it he lock and unlock it self !!! another thing the battery is discharging rapidly !!
The Z1 will make me crazy
