Just wanted to know if a Full Wipe of BenzROM 4.1 could be done straight over Faria´s 5.1 ROM. Or do I need to go back to unrooted, original firmware first?

I can't use it never. I can use kies updating way but can't ota anytime. Already deleting stupid samsung services on stock rom.

Why?? Doesn't work?? I would try it because my usb connection is damaged to use kies

Porting Not possible but you can surely try Custom ROMs like PAC, CM 10.1 & AOKP as they are 4.2.2 based....

You mean phone.apk force closing....if yes,decompile framework.jar(both base rom and porting rom)and place missing ril(samsungmsmril) into porting rom framework and recompile it....
