Hey Guys,
didn't found anything in the serarch...
My "Vibrate on touch" is not working with the Back- and Home-Buttons.
The buttons itself are functional. The vibration of the keyboard on the screen is also working.
I already looked at the Settings in "Sound" and "Language & input", both "Vibrate"-Entrys are checked (Re-checking doesn't help).
Rebooting the device doesn't help too.
Am I missing something here?
Are there more settings to manage the vibration on these buttons?
I'm on Stock ROM

Have you got it disabled in the power saving options?

and I have done this before but have searched and searched and cant find.
I have WM5 on BA as I said and need the button lock to appear under settings, Have tried the button fix on wiki no joy..
Any ideas and a pointer to the file would be great..
thanks in advance
There are two button lock applets in your control panel, one being in Personal > Buttons and the other in System > Button Lock. Now in all honesty I can't remember which one it is which does work, but one of them does, so set both of them to Lock all buttons except Power button.
Hope this helps!

I have been looking through all the settings on the D2 to manually change the screen to landscape as I used to be able to do on the Touch cruise but without success the G-Sensor is a bit of a hit and miss and only works on some programmes. I would like to use landscape with Navigon 7 anyone know how to do this ?
The TF3D interface does not work in landscape on default, there is an app available for it here
you can go to settings>all settings>system tab>screen and change the orientation, somehow this only works one time for me, it just changes back automatically.
in Navigon (I don't have this) there is probably an option where you can change the orientation
edit: change the orientation to landscape in the screen settings, and then start navigon.
Tnks for the reply TK tried the tweak did not seem to do anything apart from restarting the D2 there are no settings in the screen tab for changing orientation just alighn, Cleartype and Text Size.
will have to keep looking.
somehow the tweak options end up in the all programs list, found under Manila Rotate On/Off.
maybe this option came with one of the programs installed ^^
After you do the manilla landscape you soft-reset and then it should be there for you to rotate stuff. Another app to try out is G-Config. Search for that on the forum. You can add automatic rotation to apps that don't support it after you add them to the list you soft-reset and then try it again. I've managed to put MSN, Skype etc on it.
installed Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3, start and then:
screen -> show orientation settings -> yes
then i configured the one button i can configure (left-bottom: press and hold):
settings -> all settings -> personal -> buttons -> <rotate screen>

What about the phone app? When you're in navigation Mode with MN|7 and a call comes in, the phone app is in portrait, right?
Does anyone know, how to turn the phone app to landscape?
I'm using a kitchen rom and whenever I press on a different TF3D2 tab, it vibrates. For the life of me, I don't know where to go to disable this function! If anyone can lead me to the right place (because I've been looking in the SETTINGS folder but to no avail), I'd be appreciated.
Hope this helps...
Your rom may have the 'TouchResponse' program installed. To turn it off go to Setting>System>TouchResponse Setting. Turn the 'Vibrate On Touch' option off from there.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
Ive a Problem and i would be glad if someone can help me
I want to disable the Vibration of the device when starting the Task-Manager (by holding done the home button) or when holding down e.g. on a Picture in the web-browser.
Haptic Feedback is already deactived, and everything in the Settings what has to do with vibrations.
Also i want to disable that annoying sounds when changing the ringer volume with the side Buttons. And here, too, I disabled already the System Sounds.
My device is rooted and im able to do operations that needs su permissions
I really searched but didnt find anything.
Have a nice day and thanks for your time

This solved my Problem
Because i have the oppinion that all extra sounds and vibrations you dont Need are rising the battery drain.
Much thanks
1)anyone can tell me how i can deactivate the vibration when i press the touch button?
2) is there a setting that can make my home button touch again? since I installed this rom I am forced to press the home button.
These two problems I have with this rom just there because I do not find the settings for that.
thanks in advance
1) you must go in audio settings, other sounds and you can find the option to disable.
2) no, there is no option yet... But you can download an app called Fingerprint Quick Action... You find the app on XDA forum.
Thanks a lot
