I use Stock ICS Ultra by OmarEinea and it works smoothly. But Nameless, Omni and cm11 also work great. Try and see what works for you.

You can use this tool.
I haven't tried to odex AOSP but i worked for AOSPA and Slimkat.

im currently on AOKP custom rom and im just kinda "sick" of its small problems, i need a stock modded rom but i dont know which should i install? And can i install directly from this rom or i need to convert to basic stock rom before. Thanks :')
