Gingerbread Stock Battery Icon With Number

I've just modified Gingerbread stock battery icon with number. Tested on Samsung Galaxy S rom I9000XXJVK.

Copy ZIP file to sdcard, restart into Clock Work Mode > Install ZIP from sdcard. Remember to backup your framework-res.apk before install.

Don't know why this isn't stock!

warning!!
Caused boot loop! Had to reflash!

I also got the boot loop. Same thing happened when I replaced them with the circular batter status icons (which I prefer).
I am using the leaked HTC GB version.

Anyone had success with this as the comments are not very encouraging?

im using vu 2.39 can anyone give me a workling link please. i tryed to search but i didn found anythink working

download the themes for your rom ( honeyHD by he_stheone64 ) then go to this site : http://uot.dakra.lt/ , make your transparent status bar , then upload ( framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk ) from your downloaded themes and then upload ( com.htc.resources.apk ) from your rom , then wait for your file, download then flash the zip file ,reboot and you should have your transparent status bar , hope this helps, good luck.
