So i got an S3 Mini NFC but theres not many roms and kernel for the NFC version, so i wanted to flash an normal S3 Mini rom. Would it be okay besides losing NFC support?

Well, I got the same problem. I thought BenzRom worked with the I8190N version.
But I can't install it. Any ideas?

Yeah, after a couple of more tries I finally got to flash the rom. It was a mistake from my part.
How's enox btw?

Hi if you go into your sound setting on your Note do you have a menu called Music Effects ?? if so mine never launches.. Does any one have this problem if so what is the fix ??? Thanks
Anyone do you have a menu called Music Effects on your Samsung Galaxy Note ???
Nope.
nope.. never seen that in my stock 4.0.4 rom..
I have.. I'm on the latest kingdroid version, Under settings>Sounds, I have two actually... 'Awesome beats' and 'Music FX' and the one that is currently ticked is the first one. I tried to fiddle it a bit but it's not always that reliable as sometimes it would ultimately crashed the process. So I just leave it the way it is... on '
Awesome beats'

Ok thanks mate, I screwed up my phone while trying to install 2.1 before so thought better to ask
The thing is that I did download and install those 2 files only :?
Well hopefully it will work fine this time
BTW do I have to Wipe all (delvik, cache etc) or just the data?

Great Rom, very fast. 3g/wifi is working great, Battery life is cool too. My cell was charged 8 hours ago and wifi have remain on since. Also about 25 min of conversation done too.
Hmmm i misread and thought u were installing SlimICS but good that u got JB working anyways! Btw, how much better is Slimbean compared to SlimIcs? Have been thinking about upgrading..

Can't compare it with Slim ICS as I haven't used that but it's one of the best for sure , using it for just about 24 hours but it's working great.
ICS 4.0.4 was one of the best I have used and I can say that this one beats that hands down.

Hi,
I have a problem with all the custom roms. the sensitive buttons don't work.
I tried all Maclaw's roms and Virginity V3 but i have always this issue.
when i come back to the stock rom, it works.
I think the problem come from the kernel : i tried the Virginity Kernel V3 on my rom stock just rooted, it don't work neither.
can anybody help me ?

Reroot ur phone and flash
Remember do your own experiments on your phone because its yours
So find a solution by yourself because no one has this problem
Blame Samsung I read somewhere that our phone got this problem
So try and try until u get it
i'm sorry to say you can't do anything about it... neither a developer can, as far as i know.. about 5% of s3 minis have this problem.... you just live with it, i do too

Definitly great rom!, cause i have used it for several months and i know it. good battery life and very fast and smooth overall
im using amcha rom too right now, and im pretty happy with it although its not as much as fast and smooth as aosp roms. i have boeffla kernel 5.3 beta3 selinux permissive installed with amcha and applied some performance tweaks in boeflla config app, still pretty smooth. if you are using stock kernel currently, try amcha with boeffla or agni kernel when you first install it in aroma installer, and apply some tweaks and then see if it gets faster

So I recently acquired a Sony Xperia Z1S.
Just got it rooted and also installed a custom recovery (TWRP).
Now what's left is a custom ROM to install..
Is there anything out there for the Z1S yet? I saw the MIUI v5 ROM LifeHacks posted but it seems to have a few issues and not very stable..
Thanks!
bump.
There will not be custom rom such as CM, MIUI or any other because your phone cant be unlocked.
But there is probably some stock based roms that you can use.
I will search a little bit.
