Change Home button function

Hello. I'm new to here.
I wanna ask something. Can i change the function of the home button (like activator on iOS platform)
E.g. normally we double press the home button to open Voice Talk. Can i change the command into double press to open other app ?

depends on the ROM you have, for stock GB up to LB1 (afair), there was/is perfect JKay's mod, which had such option

Some of the after market launchers allow you to do this. I think when I used Nova it let you do it.

[Q] Different Form of Samsung Secret Codes

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone knows why my codes only work if it queries from dialer as *#*#(number)#*#* instead of *#(number)#?
Example: *#0011# wont work unless I input as *#*#0011#*#*
However, it still word fine for *#197328640#

I remember had read somewhere to use additional *# #* on a case *#xxxx#*if you use a different dialer as stock one. Dunno why.

What is inverted applications?

Sorry but as a beginner I want to know that what is inverted applications? What is the use of them?

Just for decorational uses only,It just inverts the colors and yeah.like black becomes white and white becomes black

Camera questions

Does this phine have the ability to seperate focus & exposure without having to move to meter.
I or know you can touch to focus & it also takes exposure reading from that area. But can you seperate them either with the stock or third party camera app.,.?
I have got a galaxy s4 & it cant do this. Coming from iOS this is a step back.
I havent been able to find any info about this anywhere online
I am considering swapping my s4 for the one if it can do this.

AFAIK, stock camera can't do that.. Both are taken at the same point..

Note 3 lebron / iPhone ad.. how was it done?

I'm trying to find out what app was used in that tv ad, I know how to use the sPen to select on the screen, but to what app was it paste it and how?
the one with the Clouds background, what app was it and what was the procedure to copy and paste it.
