Is there any app that shows me which Apps are using the CPU? I got a high CPU usage and want to check why

There is an android native way you can see going to Settings => About Phone => Battery => Battery Use

Isnt exact enough

It seems quite enough for me as it appears to show one to one power comsumption.
But you could do a search over the market and might find as well.

Is there a way to get the stock battery stats like you would get in vanilla Android 2.2 (or greater), rather than the simplified info that Sense gives you?

I remember when i had a htc one x on cyanogenmod, they included this option in the settings menu to prevent that. Ihope some dev here could point us a system file we could edit to disable this anoying thing! Or maybe its possible to do via a mod for Xposed framework?

Go to settings-about_software version and tap on the build number 7 times to enable Dev settings. Then go to develop settings and click "never sleep while charging"

Thats not my problem. My Display switched on when I plugin in the USB charging cable. I will prevent that.
Just an unimportant random question. Since updating to latest ota I notice that my battery icon on the status bar sometimes switches from being in a laying down horizontal position to an upright vertical position. Just really weird I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed and might know the purpose to this. I am on latest viper but I believe I also saw it happen on stock rom.

Never saw that myself when using insertcoin. Could it be a mod or something you enabled in viper?

To solve this problem apply a battery theme from Venom Hub.
Go to Venom Hub -> Themes for Status bar -> Battery

Top picture is normal position and bottop picture is upright. It only happens once in a while randomly and it doesn't last long it switches back minutes after.

This is a known bug of Viperone and happens when the battery reaches 40 or 41%.
As said earlier: apply battery theme from venom hub. A correct stock battery without this bug can be found here.
Cool stuff I didn't rralize it was an actual ViperOne bug. Thanks.

Noticed that the device is kinda smoother
Wonder what you guys have to say about the new version of our favorite mobile OS
Does seem smoother.
Don't like the battery icon has gone back to plan white.
Also what is the new (N) type symbol next to the bluetooth icon?

Changes in the Location Settings section of the Settings App
Battery, Beats, Headphones logos have changed
Home Screen option in the Personalize section of the Settings (Guess it's for launchers. I don't use one)
Printing section in Settings
Ability to choose Default SMS Apps in the Settings App
Ability to swipe down the notification bar in fullscreen apps (Games and etc.)
No ART though :/
-all white status bar icons.
-Ability to uninstall some chineese apps.
- HTC mini in settings and HTC mini tile.
-changed toast style ( I prefer the previous style)
- added settings to enable custom messaging app and launcher.

Finally! This is great news!
I never wanted to flash any custom ROMS because I didn't want to lose the magical battery life of this phone.
However I had always noticed the butterfly s was slower in places than a snapdrag 600 should be.
I received the OTA on my Butterfly S shipped from HongKong no problem so I hope this remedies some of the stuttering in the OS.
Wow you have stuttering on your Butterfly S, I have never noticed on mine.
The only thing I will say is, after 4.4.2 battery seems to die a little faster then before. I know you didn't want to here that.
Can anyone else confirm there battery life after OTA?

Got the update. So far, disliking it a lot.
Apps can not write to external sd anymore. The stupid modification Google has done to kitkat is taking place, as covered by android police here:
http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/0...at-and-even-samsung-may-be-implementing-them/
If I can´t get if fixed, my 64gb SD will become useless and the internal 16gb of the phone is just not enough for my use.
I could not achieve root acess again yet.
Camera seens to be a little less purple in low light conditions, but the pictures are being very washed away in terms of color fidelity, like if the contrast is too low.
The chinese apps can be removed now, but I´m afraid of removing them and not being able to update the firmware in the future as it already happened once.
The News and Weather widget (Google geniewidget.apk) just disapeared and I cant use it anymore. Tried to install the apk and it failed to install.

Ok, I have root again, edited the file, but every time I reboot the phone, the file get restored to original, without privileges to write to external storage.
Maybe there is a backup somewhere and the system is replacing the modified file at boot?
