After I make an out going call no matter what screen I was on previous to making the call, when the call is finished it always goes to the "Mobile Network Settings" screen. This does not occur on incoming calls. Why???

When you are in call and and incoming call is arriving, when ringing, I do not see any option to hangup the current call and take the incoming one. Is it possible with the diamond? Did I miss something? The only way I found was to take the incoming call, switch to old call, hangup old call and go back to new call...this is a little boring!

Okay so when I'm on a call, I get another call. I answer the second call. I can switch back and forth between the 2 calls no problem. The problem is when the caller on hold hangs up. When they hang up it ends both calls. If I look at the screen it says "Radio Off", but the signal strength in the status bar doesn't change.
I've running CM 4.2.6 and have seen this in 4.2.5... I also have Missed Call (not sure if it's related) running. To be honest I don't know if this bug was here prior to running the CM mod or not. I'm using a Dream (32b).
Next time I get a call waiting call, I'll try hanging up first before they do to see if it ends both calls still. Normally I just switch to the call I want to resume and let the other party hang up.

Sometime when I made a call, the phone would make a high pitch beep sound. Does anyone have this issue as well?
Go to settings,device,call,then call alerts and uncheck play tone when call connects
I checked the setting and it was not enabled. The beep sound is made right after I push dial button.
Maybe is that 'call forwarding active' crap that always pops up when I place a call...
Only when in driving and Home "talk to me" mode, here's the scenario:
Incoming call and the screen flashes blank to calling card then blank , back and forth while the phone is ringing. the moto voice says "incomin....incoming, call fr....incoming......incoming ca.." while flashing. I also see the mute microphone icon in the status bar flashing on and off at same time. I can touch the center and slide to answer.
This only happens in driving/home Talktome mode while receiving a incoming call.
what is it supposed to do while in driving mode when you get a call?

PROBLEM SOLVED. Seems I removed the app Shush and all is fine
I figured what would interfere with the mute on my phone since it was flashing that icon...removed shush and that was it

When I receive a call after receiving I am unable to use call screen options which are speaker, keypad, add call, mute, record and even reject call.
Same happen I call someone I am unable to drop the call with red call option.
Solution
Go to application manager and clear data for phone app. And then enjoy
