Hi
I unfortunately planted in installing a customized ROM, and now I want to go back with a Roma origin. But why I really need your help because many things seem strange to me.
1) Please tell me if I'm wrong. If I remember right, my HTC One (m7) has two partition. First partition is for the Android OS and the seconde partition is named SDCard. Now I have only 32Gb, without partition. How do I partition my HTC to the original factory
2) I bought my HTC officially in Europe, so I should have a UE configuration. but looking at the information on my HTC, I feel that my baseband is now configured Asia, since I install a customiz rom. How I can downgrade with the good baseband? (see below my HTC information)
3) How I can back with the original Rom from factory. In finaly I want just back all thing in origin factory.
For moment my HTC working with customiz rom Android revolution HD, but have everytime problem when I call or When I use Skype. The Network sim card stop and stop my call.
Below the information about my HTC (after customized)
Thank you for your help

Team,
I have a China Unicom Dual Sim 802w. I am familiar with adb, fastboot, and cwm. I installed a Chinese custom ROM - Nic_One_M7_802w_wow_1.1_signed.zip. Unfortunately, my touch screen no longer works. I have download the stock RUU for this phone, but I cannot flash it because it says the HBOOT version is too old. The phone is s-On unfortunately, and I can't seem to figure out which ROM to use to reflash this phone back to stock. This phone was/is rooted, has CWM working (but not anymore), is currently OEM-relocked, has had Android 4.2.2 installed on it (on the original ROM), and is S-ON.
Here are my Fastboot variables:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

I think the main issue (I could be wrong) is that all the ROMs out there are for "version-main: 2.17.1402.1" and I have 2.17.1402.2.
PLEASE help me so that my phone isn't really bricked anymore. Thank you!
You might want to remove your serial number and imei. Also did you try the newest version of cwm? The old ones don't work with the new touch drivers.

i need help flashing custom rom when i try the ruu it says failure to update.
Okay, so I returned to to stock yesterday using the correct htc1guru rom. After OTA by phones screen goes pixelated blue and then pink and stops on the htc splash screen. Ive tried re rooting and flashing a custom rom to no avail. I don't have a back up as my PC died and now its stuck on an old update. Does anyone have any idea? I'm going to flash a nandroid back up offline of the uk unbranded htc one but htc1guru is down so I can't download it.
Thanks

HTC1Guru is back up! Have you tried a factory reset from the bootloader screen? Make sure you check the MD5 of the files you download to avoid a corrupt file. It is difficult to help you when you already have a plan in place and are waiting some action from another source. Which seems like a reasonable way out of your issue. Nor did you provide any information on what CID, MID or OS version!
I'll look when I get home from work. I was using paranoid android 4.6 beta 3. Never flash new firmware or radio. My cid is htc u 001 and mid is pn1000. (I'll check exactly as soon as I'm home) the nandroid back up is corrupted. Yes I have tried factory reset

From the looks of it you have already updated the phone to the latest firmware.
Try flashing this firmware>> http://xda7.androidrevolution.org/db_mirror/Firmware/HTC/HTC_One/401/6.09.401.5.zip
and then TWRP 2.6.3.3
and then use this Stock rooted system twrp backup http://goo.gl/zN5ARs or mirror http://goo.gl/tvT1z2
Hi guys,
To make a long story short, I messed up my phone to a soft brick, revived it, and am now trying to get it back to near normal. I am currently running 6.09.401.12 odex rom by mike1986 on my at&t htc one m7. Question is, is it possible to get an ota update by downgrading my rom to an at&t rom lower than 5.12.502.2? And then get an OTA update? As an aside, on mike's rom (for international htc one) the gps takes a very long time to lock and only shows a blue dot on google maps/no compass mode. Dont know if this has to do with different type of rom or not. So how can I get back to stock while being S-ON? And I accidentally deleted my nandroids while wiping my pc (I know really stupid I did not flash a new radio/using stock radio. Here is output of system getvar:

You can use clsA's Stock Rom Reset.
Hi guys!
Here's the deal. I got a brand new M7 Dual Sim edition from an official reseller's store here in Prague, the Czech Republic (Central Europe). I went home and did the dumbest thing possible. I tried to flash Android Revolution. I had no idea that the M7 and the M7 Dual Sim editions were totally different and that a ROM for one version did not have to be compatible with the other. Such an idiot! So since then (for 2 months now) I've been trying to get the phone back to it's original state with no luck. I can boot into recovery (TWRP or CWM) and bootloader so I have access to fastboot, thankfully. I have tried everything possible hence the reason why I'm writing here and bugging people who have much more important things to do. So let me apologize in advance for wasting everyone's time if this has already been solved once. It's just that every guide I come across explaining anything regarding this phone has impossible prerequisites for a phone that cannot boot into the system normally - like changing the CID, having the phone S-OFF or having an older HBOOT version which I've tried to change several times unsuccessfully.
Here's some info on my phone:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.49.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: U3.15.3509.12
