I wish my phone would sing to me, then I wouldn't be as lonely as I am.
Maybe try settings your browser and remember password?

hi all,
i travel on the underground trains a lot, and sometimes its the only time i get to write / reply to text messages.
however when i click send all i get it "SMS CANNOT BE SENT" message and it gets saved in my drafts. then i have to remember later to re-send them.
is there not a way that we can queue the messages in our outbox so that the phone immediately sends when it gets reception?
my old phones used to do this but it seems newer ones dont..
many thanks!
just wanted to ask if people understand what i mean? i found a similar topic to this form last year with no replies also.
my old HTC (200mhz windows mobile 5) had no issues with this, so may be this is just a registry fix... ?
There is an easy way to do this...
type all the message in ur Tube Train
once all the messages are there in your drafts, go into your drafts folder, select all the messages and click menu>move and move it to outbox. Once your phone will get the reception sms will automatically go
Regards,
Vishal
see but this is the problem, if i do not have reception already then sms get automatically moved from the outbox back to the drafts folder.
i know you are trying to be helpful but i want it to do something different!
imagine this, you are on the tube, then you get off and make your way through the crowds up to the street level onto a crowded busy street where just standing in one place would be in somebodys way.. so i walk to where i have to get to and immediately once i am there the client will be asking me questions or i will be working to make a good impression for us..
it leaves little time, and by the time i would remember i would already be at home wondering why i havnt had a reply!
someone must know where to point me to find an answer?? i cant be the only one!
i've asked on a few more windows forums to see if anyone knows. ive also had a look through the registry myself to see if there is anything obvious which there isnt..
i'll keep posting back with my findings.
I really understand what you mean. That little thing keeps annoying me too, most of the times I believe I've sent the message but I haven't, leading me to missunderstandings.
My old Nokia n70 didn't have any problems with that....sometimes I miss that phone so much!
Please write down here whatever you find...

I lost my phone's battery G1 Dream
I want to call some people i gave gifts to.
I want to cryyyyyyyyy
how can I check my google contacts????
I want to see their phone number so i can call them from any other phone.
Pleaseeeee answer me fast.
Just go to mail.google.com. Login with the same email and password as for the account you use on your phone. Then, on the left hand side of the page, click the "Contacts" link.
They should all be there.
I want to put a password just on text messaging..I don't want to enter a password all the time I want to use my phone, however, the downside is, when the password's not enabled, people can look through my private texts ..Is there a way to put a password on just the Default text messaging app?

Thanks, but are there any other, that are maybe better?
Good luck finding this magical app. Ive been looking form months. I want to lock my gmail and google talk.
Best solution ive came up with for text is a program called super private conversation.
for gmail and google talk I use this thing called "the vault" i think thats what its called.
Anyone else having trouble with their website? It looks like a train wreck. I cant login because you cant even click on the username field, all the text and links seem out of place and overlap. Its the same way on my phone too.
Ive always only ever had HTC phones, had loads of them now, and this time ive had a change and got myself the Note!
Its a bit different and is taking alot of getting used to!!
First one i cant understand is, if i look at a website, and then lock the phone, if i return to it later, and open the internet app, it goes straight to the homepage instead of the page i was last looking at!
My HTCs never did this and im finding it VERY annoying! Can anyone help me with that one!??
Second is the home button, which can unlock the phone from standby!? Seriously who thought this would be a good idea?
Ive seen a solution but the phone needs to be rooted, which seems a bit extreme just to change one button! Is there another way round this?
The third one is about the email clients, i have an exchange account and a hotmail account, the exchange account can be setup to not look for mail when im asleep (out of hours) but the hotmail client cant do this and i recieve all sorts of rubbish all through the night!! Is the only way round this to use the hotmail app and delete the account off the device???
My Desire HD is soorly missed at the moment! Can anyone help???!
Can anyone tell me how to access the browser settings to stop it going to mobile sites? In the menu and settings there isn't anything to disable it, like on opera you could go to opera:config...
Is there something like this i can access on this handset? Please help these niggles are doing my head in and starting to take the shine off the new phone, i don't know where else to ask!
Thanks!

You can acces the user agent settings by typing about:useragent in the adressbar.
With regards to the browser loading again in memory I haven't heard a fix for this. You can fix your hotmail account by using it as an exhange mail type of account. Than the same type of settings should be available to you.
About using the home button to unlock, you mean turn screen on? Or you mean doubletap on the homebutton?

Hadn't even thought of setting up the email like that! I think the phone keeps killing the internet after a while for me so im trying to stop the task manager to see if it helps keep my internet pages loaded...thanks for the info on the browser, and i want to stop the home button being able to wake the phone up, when its locked and you double click the button the phone unlocks and goes to the voice app, can't i have it so the button does nothing unless the phone is unlocked?
Thanks for the reply!
You can disable the double tap on home button in the voice talk settings.
Done that! Nice one! Only one left now is why the phne keeps killing the internet service for me! Hopefully ICS will sort it out when its pushed out!
