it also happens to you that with polarized lens you can not see the screen?

Hey guys, there seems to be something a little irregular with the screen. When I press on the screen anywhere, there is a spot on the screen that appears to be what looks like pressure being exerted on it. Just like how it looks when you press on the LCD screen of a laptop. This happens also when i press on the case at the top on the left side. The spot I am talking about is about 1 in down from the top of the screen and about 1.5cm to the right from the left of the screen. It is not easily seen unless the screen is displaying a very dark background.
There is a membrane over the surface of the screen that will flex as any pressure is applied to the touch screen, both by the pen and by the frame. If you look at it through polarized sunglasses you can see the effect of any pressure quite dramatically. Unless the screen is malfunctioning or there is color distortion, I don't see a problem.

i dont think thats what hes talking about, he makes it sound like whne he touches the screen a "lcd ripple" appears somewhere else on the screen.
Mine does this when i slide hte keyboard, i can see one in the middle, it kinda worries me, especially since my last kaiser's screen broke and i didnt do anything, i just took it out of my pocket and it was like that.
turn the screen brightness all the way up
hold your nc in portrait orientation
put on your polarized sunglasses
magic...screen goes dark
now
turn to landscape
presto chango!

That's probably the 'VividView' causing that
" The screen, "Vivid View" from LG. 16 million colors. ... a full lamination screen film technology. Maximizes readability of backlit LCD while minimizing glare."

Happens with a lot of LCDs. I have to tilt my head a bit to read my car stereo's display when I'm wearing sunglasses.
Started noticing the ambient notification (when you pickup the phone the screen supposedly emit the black/white display) is gone, right after I'd installed one of those eBay tempered glass screen protector.
The cutout of the glass, I do not think it obstruct either the camera lens or anything else.
Anyone have this problem? If so, how to remedy this issue (without having me take off the protector...lol). Thx.

You will need a different screen protector - one that does not cover the sensor.
Before you do that, you can try the suggestion at this link to see if it helps

I have the same problem right after installing the tempered glass
The inside part of the proximity sensor on my Flex has become covered in dust. There's a white dust film on the inside of the glass. So anytime I'm on the phone I can't turn the screen on. Any suggestions?
A way to disable the proximity sensor so the screen doesn't turn off during phone calls?

Getting it cleaned is the only right thing. Proximity Sensor cannot be disabled.

Same thing happened to the camera on my first flex. Get a warranty replacement?
I noticed whenever I touch the monochrome lens (the separate camera lens at the bottom of the 3 camera setup) of the phone that it can be moved away from its position. Does this happen to anyone elses? I'm scared to get water on it now.
