Not possible to use htcs app you will need htcs framework AND the image processing chip built into the device. If you want it you will have to buy a HTC one x

What about the option on the HTC One/One Max camera where you can "slowmo" only a portion of the captures video instead of the whole video, is that possible on our Galaxy devices?
Can the owners post link to their photos and specially video samples recorded in the Nexus 4, in different recording settings?
The only person that did this unfortunately chose the worst sharing way possible (Dropbox), so it obviously can't be accessed already. There are a bunch of threads but they seldom talk about the camera quality.
Specifically, I'd like to know if "the miracle" was done and they fixed the 1080p video recording frame rate to acceptable levels.

You're aware that there are a whole bunch of videos there made before the launch, all of them with the 22fps issue, right?
I mean, please be trying to troll me.

you are looking it wrong.
Hey guys, I've noticed something odd when taking random pictures with my n4 - is that a normal behaviour for the camera?
Pics are taken using automatic settings... and then some with the flash disabled for comparison...

Currently PhotoSphere photos can only be viewed in Google+ I believe.

I recorded videos and looked at the frame rate of both in 1080p and 720p. For me 1080p records at 30 fps (around 30.22 to be more precise) and 720 records at 24 fps. Anyone else got different results?
this one was uploaded today :good:

Can someone help ...
My 1080p videos are highly compressed. I get compression artifacts on details in the distance and the sound of distant objects / ambiance is horrid and garbled - again compressed
Can anybody pls tell me what is the size of 1080p and 720p videos recorded by Nexus 4? I mean a 1 minute movie will be how many MBs of size?? On an average..

1 min at 1080 is 86.50MB
1 min at 720 is 57.90 MB
Is there any possibility to get this type of video recording In HTC ONE in the near future by using some kind of hack or ROM implementation? I know that there is a 720p 60fps option but the video quality is terrible even though it's smooth.

Hi there I have just realised that my One records videos in slo mo mode in resolution 768x432 which it must be said causes that video looks awful even on phone screen (I dont even want to see it on pc). After editing and adjusting video speed resolution changes to 432x768 (?!) and video quality gets even worse that original. Is this normal or this is just my One? If that is how it meant to be I cant believe how HTC can be proud of this feature and advertise this as one of the One advantage

Can someone point me in the right direction. I have An HTC One, an iPhone 5 and the newest addition is my AT&T Galaxy Note 3. The problem I'm having is my HTC One takes the best pictures by far (day or night) I have read up on the GN3 and the camera, I've read that you have to set the camera at 13mp and to get better quality at night the stabilizer needs to be on. But still the pictures at best look 6 out of 10 maybe. Thank you.
The pictures I get of my kids with this device has better picture quality than any device I've owned so far. Even motion shots are unbelievably clear and crisp

If you don't mind me asking, what were your camera settings for that photo? Also how's your photos at night?
I have all those and a iPhone 5s and don't see them having pictures like you make it sound.

Yeah, maybe I have something set wrong. Is there any ideas you could give me?
The default resolution is set at 8mp. Open the camera and go to settings and select the 13mp option. You can also switch to 4k recording in the camcorder settings though for me it limits video to 5 min lengths.
