I am posting here a brand new thread containing all the Sense 4+ skins which are originally for sense 4.1/4+ but i have successfully ported them for Sense 4.0 so they now work on our little Desire C

Please read my post carefully, these skins are ported to work on sense 4.0.
The skins which you are refererring to will only work on sense 4.1/4+ and not on sense 4.0 which the Desire C has.
Please don't confuse users by posting wrong facts.

Yes i believe they do work on the Sense 4.0 rom and i think they have already been posted in that thread or in the T&A section. Dont ask for a link though just do a bit of searching for it yourself

You cannot change the status bar icons by merely applying a skin.
Venom Black skin is made from the Venom ROM for high end HTC devices and hence the red icons which you see on skin preview are actually from Venom ROM and not from the skin.

I have retired my Droid Incredible, I have upgraded to the HTC ThunderBolt and I will be making themes for it. Skins will come in time. For now I will be sticking to the method i used before. These clocks will replace the original stock clock on default rosie skin. I will eventually port these over to Skin format with matching Rosie launchers. Landscape is not supported for everyday use other than on docks so I have NOT themed landscape view yet. It is currently stock. I will fix this when docks are available, currently only viewable on the ThunderBolt car dock.
Now, before you complain about my mods not working, read my easy instructions below before installing your new mod:
To install any of my .zip's: Launch Clockwork Mod Recovery
Go to Mounts and Storage (Mount System)
Go back one menu, Choose "Install Zip from SD card"
Once its installed, you can reboot and enjoy your new clock!
I have also included in the attachments a Stock Clock restore incase you want to revert back to stock. Enjoy!
Before you ask, yes, they flip!

I didn't change the fonts, there stock. My screenshot is with the changed fonts that I made for myself using the online customization kitchen.
It does NOT change fonts using this zip unless I specify.
It definitely changed my font. I used the sensation zip. changed my font bigtime. also, whered you find that sick wallpaper?

Your right, it did, I used the .zip updater that I used to change my framework, so thats what happened with this release. I thought I deleted it but it looks like it didn't delete. but worry not, I have a stock Font updater That I will add to the main page.
The wallpaper is this, I got it from Deviant Art, iYoko made it.
Note: Its nearly 3MB, thats how detailed this beauty is.

I have been busy trying to get my skins ported to work with the 2.1 ROMs that have been dropping for the Thunderbolt.
I have only tested these on das BAMF GB Rom, but they should work on any Thunderbolt 2.1 Sense GB ROM.
They will probably work on any 2.1 Sense ROM but I have no way of testing.
Keep in mind that since the Thunderbolt does not support landscape mode in Sense yet I have no way of testing these in anything but Portrait mode.
They should be fine though, I have done all of the images for landscape in case anyone decides to enable it.

Maybe someone could explain this but what's funny is when my phone was in landscape I could not view either but in portrait it was fine and on my pc I see them just fine?

how much of an undertaking would be to change the droid life skin to blue?.

Installation Instructions:
Download the skin from the second post and place in onto your SD card. Using a program like Astro (or another SD explorer/package installer), install the .apk on your phone. (if you need help with this step, post your issues in the thread)
Navigate to the Personalize --> Skin menu; you should see a skin called "Glasskin" as an option. Hit the "Apply" button.
Wait for the skin to load on your phone and enjoy.
*To uninstall, navigate the the Personalize --> Skin menu. Make sure Glasskin is not currently selected as your skin, then hit you're phones menu button and select the delete option. Select Glasskin and delete.
Please use the thread to report any bugs, recommendations, or changes you think should be made so that I can fix them in future releases.

If you decide to change your wallpaper, I advise you to change it to something dark. The transparent nature of this skin makes it hard to read the white text of widgets over a very light wallpaper.

Super cool! I notice you have the Flyer in the picture, but the files are a bit different for the skins on the flyer and it doesn't work for that version of Sense 3.0. I wish I knew enough to modify, but I am stumped with the lockscreen bar and circle and the navigation bar on the Flyer. This is totally awesome on my Evo 3D,though!!!! Goes with my icons! Sweet!

If you have root you can edit the backgrounds of some of the options (such as weather) and change it to whatever you want as long as you use that lockscreen. It is not possible with a skin though

These skins can be installed with any sense 3.0 ROMs. If you like glass transparent look, then these skins will be right choice for you. Widgets are glass transparent and hence for better text visibility, use dark background. Installing this will give a full glassy touch on following items:
1. Top notification bar (requires transparency support, use kitchen to add transparency support)
2. All HTC Widgets
3. Rosie dock
4. Lock screen base
Q. How to enable transparency support in framework?
A. Follow these steps:
1. Download this file if you have black status bar else this file
2. Click on File upload tab
3. In Kitchen's settings group, check Upload settings radio option
4. Upload your .uot file
5. Check System files radio option and upload framework-res.apk, systemui.apk and com.htc.resources.apk from your ROM. Submit to kitchen, download your zip and flash through recovery.
Warning: Installing top transparent bar skin without transparency support will cause notification icon overlap shadow in notification area.
I don't like stock icons and hence all stock BW icons were replaced by blue colored icons. This skin will look awesome if used with my Virtuous Unity addon (look into my signature).

becaus glass skin.apk don't work withe 2.3.5 and work perfectly with 2.3.4

You mean notification icons? As I mentioned, you will need to flash my theme extras if you are on virtuous unity.

Theme looks sick, nice work! This should work with the beta right? I'm assuming so since it was just released yesterday.
Also - in the first screenshot in the OP, of the main Sense home screen, what widget/icon is that on the bottom? With the apps and the dots/buttons below? Is that some kind of folder widget?

Let me know how does it look.
Well i installed the apk from Green Mod with non transparent top bar and i don't see anything at skins i just flashed the Sage rom..
Blue one didn't work either no skin at skin section
These are the skins from HTC Hub, I thought I'd post them to make it easier to get them as you need a HTC Sense account to download them.
As far as I'm aware, they only work on the official HTC RUU 3.06.405.1
If I find any other compatible user made skins, I'll post them here too

I doubt it, as far as I can recal they never added any more Sense 2.0, and five is a fairly decent amount.
is there also a purple or pink skin??? for sense 3.5 im looking everywere but cannot find it!!
This is really a pez effort from HTC. They are nothing more than colour style sheets for the ONE skin. If you look at the original design for these skins, say for Sense 2.0, there was a difference in the graphics other than colour.
For example, the brown/orange one, 'Memories', use to have a different shaped dock. It was not transparent and had a 'stitching' look on it and textures. The current version on sense 3.0 is the same design as stock skin except the colours.
Check out the other skins from Sense 2.0 and you will see what I mean. The docks are different shapes and some dont even cover the entire length of the bottom, such as 'Slate'. To me this sucks because it is one of the defining features of Sense. I on my old DHD I would change skins every few weeks and the UI would look really different - and not just the colour. Lazy HTC, just plain lazy.
On the plus side, it seems folks have found a way to provide skins for Sense 3.0 from the market. This method is simple and does not involve rooting your device. However, at the moment there are few quality options out there. HTC, please give your graphics team a nudge and sort this out for Sense 4.0.
Don't All of these skins come in every Sense 3.5 rom? Thats what i had from my experience messing with Sense 3.5..

I installed the update with sense 3.0 and I noticed that the only old skin with a not curved dock (the one simple like a rectangle) was not in the 3.0 version. Do you know how to recover it?

Hey yea I totally know what you mean like they had the metal one and the wood one and they all gave a completely different UI.
I think what happened is they realised that for daily use most people only used the original skin (I have never met or heard of anyone who didnt), with the others for show or messing around. Simply because it was the most usable one.
In this case, having the original theme but with different colouring schemes was the more useful route to go.

I was running this theme before I rooted, long ago, and I miss this skin; anyone know if its possible load this 2.1 theme in 3.0?

From what I've been reading its not possible...
Bummer.
There are some 3.0 skins in the.market, none of them worked for me tho, they don't top the ones made by HTC anyways
