Hello, you are the owner of Xperia X1 and some days I see a black screen. It happened after I opened and then closed the track and suddenly the colors and pixels began to disappear until the screen became black.
I opened the phone, I got the ribbon flex and everything seems fine. No broken or cracked (not even). Once I touch the screen appears black work but now I noticed that not do anything you give him the finger.
From what could be the problem? After what I read were others with this problem but we found no concrete solution. The phone is no longer under warranty.
Excuse any grammatical errors but I am in Craiova, Romania.
No one help me? please!
why is the blue screen? The phone works, can speak on it but not see nothing...
The flex band is the problem?

I changed the screen, pressed lock button and everything was fine, touch and screen. I got used to phone like 1 hour but after that phone screen sank and went blackscreen,
My software is updated.
Any tips to get my screen working?

seems your touch screen in that area is dead..
type the *#*#7378423#*#* in dial pad to enter service menu
go to service test and go to touch..
check the same thing there.. if the result was the same, your touch is dead totally and you have to replace it mate
Hello, I got a Sony Xperia Z (C6603) whose touchscreen was not working. So I change the LCD screen + touch. Everything worked properly until the screen starts to malfunction (ghosting and bugs of all kinds). So I disassembly the phone and I was surprised to see that the connector of the LCD was slightly torn. Then I bought an LCD screen + touch glass, other than the previous one. I ride and then everything works again .. until last week. Same problem, so I disassembly again and I see that everything is in its place, the connector is not torn, nothing ...
I wonder where does this problem. Note that I have tried to put to factory reset the phone (via settings or Flashtool), I downgrade to Kitkat, in short, I tried everything as well as hardware side software, nothing doing.
If anyone know where it can come ... Thank you

hey
i have an xperia z that is lying idle at home and i want to give it to a family member but realized that the screen has a two cracks on the bottom left corner (both running from the middle of the bottom side to about a third of the screen on the left side). tried turning on the fone and it worked but the touch screen is unresponsive. i am about to get a replacement for the screen but i wanted to make sure that its the touch screen that is faulty. if anyone has knowledge on how to fix this without having to replace the screen then please help.

If the screen is cracked and touch is unresponsive then it didn't just cracking the glass, your digitizer is also cracked. The digitizer and the glass need to be replaced.
