Spanish Galaxy Tab Brick

On the fourth day of buying the mobile phone, i install an application to split & join, and the phone remains locked. when i reboot, the screen did not load. i install the JH3 firmware and I still use my phone normally, but it worked somewhat slower than when I bought ..
3 days ago I saw the new P1000XXJMA and P1000XXJM6 firmware in samfirmware.com and decided to flash my phone again.
odin, always crash when i try to install this new firmware.
i try the new 1.7 version what comes whit the firmware. but it crashes.
the old 1.7 crash 2
Now the worst is that when I do a repartition the European pit, then, to restart and try again to flash JH3 and it always gives me an error! I've tried all the pits and all the versions currently in samfirmware.com and all time fails
its impossible to me install custom firmware from any internet source like samfirmwares.com
I can not make run my phone.
anyone can help me?
Ok try to download the vodafone bj4 version. Unpack it. It contains the radio and csc files too you wil need.
Now, with odin 1.7 first you select repartition with a pit1.
After you pres reset and choose the csc and phone files from the vodafone version and the pda file from the new jma.
It should work, at least it worked for me.
Have you got the tab from vodafone spain?
There is the netlock on. You should unlock it. It says everywhere to unlock it first before messing arround with firmwares.
Please post up here if it works or not.
Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA App
im research on google for a vodafone bj4 firmware, but i cannot find anything
do you have a reference for me?
im buy my galaxy tab unlocked.. with virtual mobile operator, SIMYO.es
i dont want spend more than 750€ in 18 months of contract.
with Simyo i have 300MB for free, and 4 minuts to any mobile carrier at 0.40€
Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=854300
1) Download the the file HERE and extract the it
2) Inside the ZIP you will find Odin 1.7 + PIT file + PDA +Modem + CSC files.
3) Open Odin, select the PIT file + PDA + Modem + CSC into their respective places.
4) Make sure repartition is CHECKED.
5) put the phone in download mode and connect it to your computer. start flashing.
6) The device will reboot. If you are getting tons of FC's on boot, reboot into recovery and do a factory reset.
Done.
After that you must push the CSC for spanish operators into /system/csc/ ( you must be root ) http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PI28KJE7

Hola Cid Campeador,
Gracias

@EL_CID_CAMPEADOR I am in your same situation: I cannot flash (get Odin's error)
But the thread you are pointing as solution mention the usage of a APK, which means you can boot into your system.
What did you exaclty do to eventually flash and boot the system?
thank you!
i know it's been a long time since you posted this, but if you can point me to the right direction I would be extremely greateful.
thank you

Solution for OEM Lock tested in J7 neo J701m, flash combination file, hard reset, flash stock rom but only in BL mark sboot.img and in AP mark only boot.img system.img, the phone will turn on normal straight to the menu without going through the configuration of start, for OEM Unlock flash twrp, instal Magisk V19 or supersu 2.82 SR5 already enjoy, to be able to install software separately in samsung omitting other files as I described it is not used odin, use the Z3X box, I am a telephone technician, excuse me English.
j330f/ds frp locked cant flash in odin // recovery mode e:failed /misc partition
heyy guyyzz i really need help.. anyone i've been trying to fix my j330f i've use all the methods. flashing original firmware still fail in odin so is in zx3 and even my android recovery mode is E:failed to find /misc partition . i think i broke my phone really need help
The Solution for it, >> I have a SM-J730F when I want to Hard reset it, it display this error message e:failed to find /misc partition.
then it doesn't do the operation , so I download 4 flash file then I Use latest version of Odin then I choose BL, AP, CP, CSC but it's important for CSC file when you download 4 flash for CSC box you must doesn't select HOME_CSC you must select one that is CSC_xxxxxxxx. it's works good for me
my experience
i did this
1. open your stock firmware package ( extract if you havent yet ) than go to AP
2. click rename at the (AP-File) than erase the (.md5)
3. extract the file with program that can do it )
4. find (system) file
5. make a (.tar) file with (7z) program with the that system file
6. flash just with our file that have been done with odin ( no thick other box )
7. done
hope this can help

Samsung Galaxy S10 went dead suddenly!

Hello all,
Hope someone can help me out with this issue!
Yesterday I woke up and the phone was turned off, I plugged in the charger and after couple of minutes I turned it on but it is stuck on the Samsung logo for few minutes, then it restarts and does the same, and finally restarts taking me to an error screen with 4 options, one of them is to retry which I did but it didn't work. Another option is to erase data, I did that but it didn't work, then finally I managed to get to a screen where I can do full wipe, I did and restarted but no luck. Then finally I downloaded Odin with the latest firmware matching my country, I flashed it through the bootloader but again it didn't work.
The message I am getting is:
#Reboot Recovery Cause is [system_server:18108 RecoverySystemRescueParty]#
E:[libfs_mgr]Unable to disable quotas on /dev/block/platform/13d60000.ufs/by-name/userdata because /system/bin/tune2fs is missing
# MANUAL MODE v1.0.0#
I would really appreciate it if someone can help.
Thank you

Yes I downloaded the latest firmware from SamMobile, and I also used SamFirm to download it, flashed it using Odin.
Just to make sure, in Odin, the last 2 files are: CSC and USERDATA, and in the firmware the last 2 files are:
CSC_OMC_OXM_G973FOXM5CTD1_CL18242812_QB30539088_REV01_user_low_ship.tar
and
HOME_CSC_OMC_OXM_G973FOXM5CTD1_CL18242812_QB30539088_REV01_user_low_ship.tar
Which one goes to CSC and which one goes to USERDATA?
I already put CSC_OMC in CSC and HOME_CSC in USERDATA, if there is another way to do it please let me know.
Thanks a lot

There's your problem. You need to put HOME CSC in CSC and leave user data blank. I'm curious as to why you put a CSC file in the USER DATA section?

Have you done a full wipe? You probably need it after flashing a CSC file to the user data partition I'm sure that could have screwed something up. I'd tried wiping and starting over.

While i wipe cache in recovery mode i receive first this error E:[PDP] lstat /c____/pdp_b__ : 0 - No PDP scenario , and after that it says wipe cache completed, I doubt whether the cache was successfully installed.
select CSC instead of HOME_CSC
I had similar problems after upgrading via ODIN because of Magisk with the current CDT1 ROM.
Leave user_data empty, go for the full CSC and a wipe/factory reset
Never had such problems with an update within the same Android version ...

Wiping cache and doing a full factory data wipe is two different things. You need to do a full factory data reset and then flash the latest firmware with Odin with HOME CSC in CSC and leave user data blank. The issue you are having is most likely due to you flashing a CSC file in the user data partition. Make sure to back up anything you need that is stored in the internal storage first though.
If your phone wont turn on why are you guys flashing firmwares. Doesn't make any sense. If it booted the night before and you woke up to bootlooping. Obviously something else is going on. Flashing **** can just make it worse.
Socorro
this problem is caused by damaged EFS,a solution would be to flash an ENG EFS or even a normal EFS of same security

Take an efs backup from the recovery you are using.
You will not have any problems with the operations you will do from twrp.
Reload the rom you are using, there is a high probability of recovery when restored

The original rom is installed on my device and it receives an update, but the modem file is not original because I have done the imei process, if I install the original of this modem file, the phone does not boot automatically, it automatically throws you into the recovery menu and gives nv compurret error. Advice for the future if it's ok...
Get a cheap laptop or computer you can copy your phone to before doing any modifications. If something goes wrong access the phone through the backup device and restore. It'll allow you to make as many mistakes as it takes to properly mod any device to your preferred specifications.

I did not produce the modem file myself, there are many on the internet and all of them have this problem. Even though I reset the phone, I have to install the modem file. The reason is that my phone is abroad and the imei process has been done, so the phone cannot be opened with the original modem file.
