[Q] Incorrect firmware on my HTC ONE?

Hi everyone!
In my HTC ONE, when I checked CID information, firmware version, and RUU variant, I can't figure out if it's developer edition, or not. The bootloader says "Locked" but the cid is BS_US001 and the firmware is 1.29.1540.17, but it's 32GB edition. Can anyone help me?
Another question: in the box says made in Taiwan, so can I flash this RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.26.707.5_Radio_4A.13.3231.20_10.30.1131.05_release_309365_signed_2_4.exe? (hope this question isn't so stupid)

It's the carrier free US version.
Made in Taiwan is not made for Taiwan. If you want to flash that RUU, you need to S-OFF and change the MID and CID.

Your RUU is the one from BrightStar that ends with 1540.16.exe I have exactly the same phone as you...

Another question, I'm having problems with location settings. If I flash the RUU from BrighStarUS directly from windows, may it be solved? or a factory reset is the same as flashing stock rom?

Hey guys can anyone help me find the correct RUU for the HTC one. I want to unroot the phone but without all the optus bloat ware. Is this possible?
Ive look on the forums and ive only found the nandroid backups. Is this the same as the stock HTC RUU?

That's your best bet. It doesn't seem like HTC provide the Aus RUU's. You might be able to revert to a stockish RUU (like WWE ASIA) and then make sure your CID is the optus one. That might work, good luck!
I might be wrong about the Aus RUU's, but last time i checked there wasn't any

Hi can i unroot and lock and remove the tampered flag on my HTC One i can't seem to find the appropriate RUU for my phone im looking for a Vodafone Australia Ruu i need to send my phone back to HTC for a camera repair can someone help me please

There is no RUU for this version. Restore your nandroid backup of your stock rom (if you have made one like suggested everywhere)
