[Q] flashboot clockworkmod for nexus one = signature verify fail

Hello everybody!
I wanna update my clockworkmod in my nexus one....
I try via flashboot in ubuntu....
Someone knows why I get this message: "signature verify fail"

the problem was that I typed recover and should be recovery!

dear all xda members, i have a question. i just screw up with my gadget because i,m amature. my phone is stuck in htc logo because when i do factory reset i do wipe out all my data n i tried to return to stock firmware after my my phone following this link

every thing is almost done until it i tried ruu 2.19.401 its appear FAILED (remote: 42 custom id check fail).
tried ruu 2.39.1402 it appear FAILED (remote: 43 main version check fail)
tried ota 2.43.1402 it appear FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)
tried ruu 4.21.1402 it appear FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)

[Q] Stuck. RELOCKED & S-ON hboot 1.54 - HELP.

I have a GOOGL001 phone that doesn't seem to be taking RUUs, but I might be doing it wrong. I am UNABLE to enter into my android rom because the phone is relocked, this stops the rom from booting. Recovery is HTC stock, so I am not really able to do anything there. I followed a stupid guide online that led to an error in installing the appropriate stock RUU, and as a result, I have a S-ON and RELOCKED phone now.
I have been trying so far: Fastboot oem rebootRUU, trying to install anything here that says GOOGLE by doing Fastboot Flash Zip RUU.zip.
I am getting the error:
sending 'zip' (506183 KB)... OKAY
writing 'zip'... INFOsignature checking..
FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)
Any ideas anyone? Has anyone ever gotten out of this issue before?
There apparently is a bug that doesn't allow my 1.54 hboot to "Fastboot oem unlock". I have tried this and I have gotten this error:

INFOLoading custom splash failed!
OKAY
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
