Arabic language !

Hello all,
I can see that arabic language is supported in official roms of lg op. Black and 3d.
I am not a developer but i love to see this language in my o2x in custom roms based on stock roms.
I would appreciate if developers help to put this language.

Dev can only do what is possible to do. It would mean to have a stock GB ROM with Arabic and the leaked versions we have seems not having it....
Instead if complaining about dev, ask your local LG f*****ing company to go on with their GB...

[Q] Are there any nightly build for MIUI for optimus black>

Hi All,
I know there are no official build of MIUI ROM for optimus black.
But, is there someone are there any nightly builds available or if someone is working for building the same.
Please let me know.

Nobody is working on porting MIUI for OB.

We people in China apply to MIUI for OB'S MIUI rom.And the result will come out on 2012-01-01.You can go to MIUI website and vote.

I'm from China and afaik there will not be an official port of miui. Maybe some people are working on an unofficial port but so far I haven't seen any news about it.

actually they have confirmed me more than one occasion that they are working on it.
i think all of us should post on their FB profile. MIUI is regular at FB post and replying.
here are the two links: get a go and either post or support/comment a post that's asking for a MIUI of black.

Yeap i've asked em too about six months ago and the answer was "we're on it" and "we are focusing on v4 right now" but until now even alpha version not available.
Many new devices got the port already. Also i read somewhere in China forum, one member said miui china will release it by spring. They skipped gingerbread to v4... just a rumor. Damn a can't find that site it's bbsfan or gfan something.

Moderators. I posted this here coz its latest information and this is to notify all ICS devs that they can port tegra drivers for ics to current builds or make new builds. I dont understand, why some people dont like non-devs posting such usefull information? Strange.
I strongly object when someone labeling this post as off-topic.
Are these people have an idea that devs now can extract hardware accelerator drivers? Or they are too innocent not to know this?

Where is the source so you can extract the drivers?
It´s only mentioned that LG is currently testing the 4.0 ROM for the Korean 2X (I guess SU660). There is no release or leak of the software until now. That´s the problem and not the 'off-topic' thread.

I may be wrong but. Isnt it possible to anyone to extract hardware accelerator drivers from ICS rom released by LG themselves? And use it in any ICS custom rom/cm9???
Or we can anyways simply use new ICS with memory tweakes.

Official PACman Rom for 4x

Hi guys now that your device is cm10.1 supported I would like to ask if there is anyone interested in pacman all in one rom. Would build it this weekend and upload it for someone to test it cause I don't own this phone
Any tipps in special vendor stuff which is needed for this device would be interesting too and would safe me some time
Before I forget of course it would be android 4.2.2 (pacman version 22.1.0)

As for tips.. Well, i'm not a dev, so... i don't have any.

Just don't forget that, this model is the P880, not a regular LG device.
Its the "Special One". Everything gets tricky
Sometimes looks like have own personality...

You can count on too! PACman rom was 1 of the best that I've ever used.

Just buy the phone, 'cause it's great!

But the Xperia Z is about 600€ and the 4X about 300€ that's the half and now that we got unlock bootloader, the most things seems to be fine!

added it to pac man but have to resync my source after some hours of downloading it will build and if it doesn't crash I'll upload it tomorrow.

But 4X is very cheap, about 240€ in Poland And the bootloader is relockable ^^ You won't regret it!

First of all, thank you for paying attention to our device. Of course that the whole P880 community is eager to see and test new ROMs and kernels! I have a few questions: Is there a chance that we can get a custom kernel from you? And are you aware of our problems with overheating, have you implemented some sort of thermal protection? Or is that somehow related only to kernel, and not to the ROM itself? You can see few threads around where users reported that their P880 was burning hot and they got white mark on their screen(while charging), which disappeared after some time.
