Is there any cables like for other phones to connect HD2 to a TV ?
No
(cause the HD2 doesn't support TV-Out)
this has been asked before...
that thread didnt come to any usefull conclusion..
do a search for it... the end result i think was something like the usb port on the HD2 isnt capable of video/audio throughput...
I don't know why you want to do it, but if your tv has a usb port you can connect it that way and use it as a media gallery.
The other option is if you have an htpc, output the video to the tv via the pc and My Mobile.

I'm looking for the cable to connect HD2 to TV screen
Is there such a cable I would love to have a link Web
Thanks
i also want to have a cable like this
last thing i heard on this subject was that the HD2 does not have the appropriate hardware inside to support tv-out
1) the wire that connects my micro usb port to my tv for displaying my phone's display on the tv,
2)a device that makes pendrives readable on my 2008 TV

but it involves connecting X8 ( which is a phone )
1st - If I am not wrong you are looking for a micro-usb to HDMI cable.
2nd - You may want to search for a dvd player that supports pendrives.

The X8 doesn't have a MHL enabled usb port nor any kind of tv-out.. there is no way you can connect it to a television.

You have media players like the WD TV live, the Roku or some other cheap ones like the nbox, etc
Most cheap digital tv receivers also have a usb port so you can watch movies but they are very codec limited..

If your TV supports USB drive, then connect phone with USB cable to TV and make the phone in Mass Storage mode. There you can access all files and folders from the TV.
typeridi select
didnt know that x8 dont support mhl. there is a box support a lot of codec and got vga out. - Diyomaye 3835HD
I've been researching like crazy to solve this, but it doesn't seem like a super well documented question...
So here's my situation.. I've got a 42 inch LG HDTV with a USB input. This input can be used to play music, view photos and watch video stored on a flash drive. It would SEEM to my uneducated mind that it would be a simple thing to plug my phone into the TV via a microusb to usb cable and have my TV be able to read the contents, but nothing shows up... I know that JB only supports MTP and not USB Mass Storage, which I think is a large part of my problem, but I don't get why I cant just boot into recover and mount my phone's internal storage... or something like that..
So if anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it as it would save me the expense of having to order a MHL adapter :good::good:
