[Q] Gear and new Galaxy S5?

Does anyone know for sure if the new Samsung Galaxy S5 phone? I just pre-ordered it, and now realized I was not sure of this.

Thank you, great to hear. Son getting S5, and old Gear, I get the new Gear 2 to go with my Note 3

yes you will be able to connect more then one gear. if u change the wristband colors or wear the fitness one etc etc Samsung encouraging customers to buy more then one

Anyone successful in getting Tizen on original gear?

I tried and got a fail with Odin wondering if anyone else tried?

We most likely have to wait for Sammy to get out a version that matches that hardware. Word on the street is its coming .

That would be great, but I would expect them to wait several months at least to port it to the Galaxy Gear, just so they can help ramp up Gear 2 sales. Many might not switch if they did it too early.

Is tizen playing nicely with anything other than touchwiz?

Has anyone seen one yet? I saw one for the Gear Fit, thought it would have a Neo or Gear 2 version as well.

Calendar Gear shows a full month. It's in the app store for $.99.

There is a free one with the sdk
