Hm...no mate...sorry... I think this sort of is it for your device... Flashing S2 firmwares on the Note does have that effect.
You could try a JIG, although it's a longshot, but most certainly be ready to take it to Sammy's service center. Say something went wrong while updating through Kies, although they might figure it out.
If they do figure it out, you're probably looking at a new motherboard, in the area of 200$ from what other users in similar situations have reported.
Try jtag or riff box.. Works well for samsung skyrocket, captivate and the likes. Might work for the note as well..
It could be that it's just the screen that doesent work but you are actully in download mode.
this happend to me once with my Nexus S, i flashed wrong rom to phone.
try connecting phone to PC and open CMD and run "adb devices" and se if the computer recognize the phone even thow the screen is black.
like i said, i had this problem once when flashing I9020T rom on my I9023 Nexus S once.
the screen that doesent work but you are actully in download mode !!!!!!!!!
try it until you got there
where i find a rom to n7000
Multiple files with Pit included

Why in the world would you do that anyway!?

hmm
usually flashing different roms do brick the phone
and phone do not turn on. But atleast you can power up your device.
You can use jig to force your device to boot into download mode.
It may not work, but I heard few people got theirs work.

Please do this:
1. Replace battery
2. Insert batery
3. Hold down volume key + home key + power key for 15s to 20s
4. Press volume up key
5. Open Odin
6. connect your phone to pc
7. flash new bootloader(2.tar) by odin
Please see this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1354888
and download attachment file then extract it and choose 2.tar to flash.
After complete your phone can boot to download mod and you must flash original rom for galaxy note by download form www.sammobile.com

This is probably caused by you flashing a rom that is not meant for Galaxy Mini. Since you can get into download mode (as shown in video), you can just plug your phone into the computer while in download mode, flash stock firmware for Galaxy Mini via ODIN.
Here is a list of stock firmwares:
http://yagyagaire.blogspot.sg/2012/01/official-samsung-firmwares.html#.UGqOuU3MiSo
Also, note that since your phone can be turned on, it's not a brick. It's only a brick when it doesn't get turned on.
hello
iv accidentally installed wrong CWM on my ACE and now its wont boot wont respond to anything tried to enter DOWNLOAD MODE and RECOVRY ...
tried USB JIG too and it did nothing ...
the only thing it respond to its when its disconnected from PC and im pressing POWER + VL UP + HOME and connect it to my pc its shown as a "SAMSUNG CDMA Technologies"
can someone help me please ?
or my device is lost :crying: lol
thanks
If you can't get them work, then its completely bricked
POTATO!!!!
even if its shown in my PC as a "SAMSUNG CDMA Technologies" like i wrote ...
you phone is dead ... u flashed a recovery which changed mounting point ... its exactly the same brick that rom manager does ... take your ace to service center or jtag ... there really is nothing u can do!
Ohhh thats sux lol k thank...
Can someone close the tread please

hi, i cant find solution anywhere so I came here to hear the experts opinion , I get a samsung galaxy s3 mini GT-i8200L and after some time get the boot loop problem , when the samsung and model shows , the cellphone vibrate and restart , but now i tried to install the stock rom and them the cellphone says "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies and try again dont stay in download" :crying: but the download mode doesn't last even a SEC to load another firmware with odin , so if someone could help me It would be great , thanks and sorry for my bad grammar...

Welcome to XDA robj1974. You have two ways to solve this:
1)- Boot into recovery and wipe data reset. (Volume+ + MenuKey + PowerKey)
2)-Boot into Download mode and flash a fresh firmware on your cell.(Volume- + MenuKey + PowerKey)
All the best!

Hi There,
Well you will need to flash your device using Odin. Download the firmware package from www.sammobile.com/firmwares and flash it using Odin.
