That is my first rom. Super fast and stable, Because of my poor English, I just can say that

why bluetooth didn't work?if your ROM based on CM9 or Aokp,there is nothing work.I use the ligux Rom and bluetooth works well.perhaps i can help you to solve the problem.My ROM is based on Codename.it's a nice ROM too

Well, I used codename before ligux, it's a good rom, but I think ligux's status bar is more convenient and its include some brilliant cm's feature. I try to fixed Bluetooth yesterday, but I didn't success. If you can help me, I will be reaaaally happy!!

Thats weird i have i9023 too and it works well... the only thing is that i first installed wsar gapps and i had no option to restore my apps... but .. i installed then the rom and the 07.26 gapps and i was able to restore my apps at first boot

Using CM10 version now. I really like it (but I am mising Xperia icons). As of now, everything looks good...I'll update later.

The kernel starts and runs very slowly, unfortunately, have to wait a little longer. You should be happy that there is someone who uses his free time to try to continue and improve the draft TheWhisp ..

No, there is no danger, I just forgot to rename the file.

New release in a few days: new kernel (Linaro), proper density, perhaps as a room in 9 cm.
I'm working on video recording and landscape, perhaps a small step has been done, will release change room when work 100%

How to install:-
1.download attached file.
2.using root explorer copy/paste this app in system/app.
3.set permissions as rw-r-r
4.reboot.
looks beautiful no problem in gps icon and silent icon plus data connection icons is just like the stock one....

It should be for stock rom i think..

Most probably you have extracted this apk from a rom and edited it
You must know that this apk will work for that rom only. Which you haven't mentioned

as for now cm9 is a good rom for daily use.........

there's no ''best'' rom.. just depends on how you like it

for the moment, in galaxy mini, no 4.xx version is better than cm7 ..

It's just your opinion, my opinion is that this thread will get closed very soon, as its utterly pointless...

Thread will be reported to prevent any more useless post.
Also, this thread violating XDA Rules about best ROM thread.

Well, who didn't see this coming.
Best ROM threads always turn into Pissing Matches. Best thing you can do is go to Dev section and read a few OPs. Pick a few that you like adn read the last 10 pages or so for bugs. Narrow it down to one you want and start reading.
Oh and make a Nandroid before flashing or your next thread will be "Help!!! My phone won't boot".

As long as you don't change DSPsettings, stock setting will be applied. This means that it will behave like no DSP. Why you wanna make it disappear?
