Hello,
I'm about to get back to stock ROM and I would like to know if anybody knows if there are any Xposed modules working for the HTC One that allows you to have more volume steps (XVolume didn't work for me) and unlink the ringer & notificacions volumes (Ringer and Notification Volume Unlink didn't work for me either).
My stock ROM will be Jelly Bean and hopefully soon updated to KitKat.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thank you.

I have not found any modules yet where 30steps is working for the kitkat One.Sense 5 toolbox and Xblast might provide what your looking for otherwise.
Only prior to 4.3

Looks like it was possible for TouchWizz/Sense ROMs prior to 4.3:

Hey guys! I just got my new phone which is Moto X and I am happy as hell but I got couple of questions regarding its interface customization.
1. Is there a way to make percentage battery?
2. I am used to cyanogenmod goodies, so I would like to change quick settings panel icons(I need a flashlight there at least lol)?
3. Is custom whole system sound effect manager option (like DSP Manager) available?
Thanks in advance!

All you need is the GravityBox module and the Xposed framework. It has everything you need for 1 and 2. As for 3, you can used Viper 4 Audio.
Xposed Framework Installer: http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk
GravityBox: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2554049
Viper Audio: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223 (I have to enable compatible mode for it to work)

hi guys i had maclaw's cyanogenmod 11 rom for a while then i changed to android andi slimkat and one of the things i enjoyed about it was the headsup mode for calls. it works like this : when u get a new call and the screen is on (u are doing something on ur phone) the call doesnt block the whole screen, instead there is a popup that u can choose to put away. i wanted to know is there something like that in thisCM11 that i missed? coz im lookin for reasons to go back to it
thx anyway

Do you mean the heads up notification which CM11 has it in settings > notification? If yes, it's simple to bring it back to SlimKat because all Android 4.4 based roms have this feature.
You will need Xposed framework to enable this feature, download it from xposed website. If you downloaded it and installed the framework should you see in the app a section "download" open it and search for "Heads Up notification". Then install it and reboot your phone.

thanks but u got me wrong slimkat has a feature that i like to know if i can have that same feature on cyanogenmod 11. on slimkat when someone calls and your screen is on (you are working on your phone) the call doesnt go full screen, it just pops up like a headsup notification so u can choose to ignore it.
can i have that in cyanogenmod 11 too ?
Hi all. Running stock Nougat, rooted with the ARISE mod flashed which is working. However, I can no longer find the "mixerpaths.xml" file that I used to tweak to output higher volume through the headset.I was able to do that on all 6.X ROMS. I have noticed with ARISE/Viper that the sound really comes alive at higher than stock volumes. Does anyone know what file needs o be adjusted to accomplish the same thing on Nougat?

Hi, did you find a solution?
Is it possible to port the 8.0 type dynamic Spotify notification banner to 7.1 through magisk or new xposed ???
Some codes from framework or systemui apk maybe ??
I flashed some 8.0 roms just to check out the new Spotify notification system and quite liked it....but these roms are not the daily drivers quiet yet, so it would be great if someone made it available for 7.1 roms..
its not only for Spotify.
there's isn't any available mod xposed/magisk for this.
try this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=james.medianotification

Never Mind !!! OB25 is out now, thanks !!
I saw an update in the Pixel Experience thread by @ApoorvTrikha that shared a flashable zip to fix the volume for phone calls whether in speakerphone mode or using the earpiece. I've created a Magisk Module that looks to fix this. I removed the /bin folder from the original flashable zip because it sent my phone into a bootloop, but the files in /lib and /lib64 seem to fix the volume issue on their own.
I do not know who first created the flashable zip so I could not give proper credit in the module. Lmk and I can at least send thanks here.
Let me know if this works for you! This worked for me while on latest Pixel Experience rom and on Magisk v16.
Instructions: Download and add the zip to Magisk modules.
What exactly does this fix? Does the earpiece only work in speaker mode during calls on custom roms?

The volume for many users on custom roms was very low while making a phone call. This issue happened regardless of whether the speakerphone was on or off.
Thanks. It worked for me as well
works perfectly on RR rom
This was fixed in yesterday's release of PIxel Experience but this may work for other roms that haven't fixed this yet.
Will this be good for and for and on rooted stock?

I'm not sure but it's worth a try. Since it's a Magisk module you can easily revert it. Please report back.
Is this compatible with Oreo? I'm on Lineage OS 15.1

I don't know if it will work on stock rom. You can try it but if you end up bootlooping you should find the Magisk uninstaller utility to roll back successfully.
I am using moto g5s devices android oreo 8.1 official rom during call my phone automatically to speaker ? even in android 7.1.1 also same issue.
