Hello everyone!
Yesterday i have flashed Jelly Bean rom- rXtreme. I came from cm, because of extremely high battery drain(9hours -100% without playing games and surfing on the net). I like touchwiz, so I flashed rXtreme rom made by r_i_x. Everyone is just fine, except the camera. When i flashed stock or agni kernel phone had system fcs after turning on the camera app. When i flashed boeffla it doesnt fc, but i have black screen. What can i do? Sorry for my english guys.
PS. I did full wipe even with format internal sd and system folder.

Hello everyone!
I apologize for my english...
Yesterday I flashed The Galaxy Project v. 14.02 (latest)rom with boeffla kernel. I've had weird, random FCs, so i flashed AGNi kernel, because i thought, that these fcs are kernel fault. It didn't help me. I think, that these fcs are just because of auto-rotation on. Before flashing this rom, i've flashed rxtreme, but these problems were on it too. I was working on TGP v.12.02 and everything was fine. Please help me guys, because I can't even turn off auto-rotation to watch some videos or play gl games.

Why do you think it is caused by auto rotation? Does it fc when the phone rotates? If so have you tried alliance rom? I am using that at the moment and no fcs so far especially when phone rotates. If that is not the case then do you have knox bootloader? If so try stock kernel, otherwise a full wipe might be required
AS suggested full wipe and reinstall .

clean flash is the best way of installing a new rom.ignoring will results in random fc's,freezes
FCs and freezes
Hello,
before flashing 14.03 in Philz recovery I did a full wipe AND "format /sdcard". So /data/media was wiped, too.
The installation of the ROM was successfully completed. In addition I updated the Boeffla kernel (5.1 stable). Afterwards the Playstore updated several apps (incl. Boeffla config app).
However, I get random FCs and freezes, e.g. while listing to music (ROM-mp3 player or MortPlayer Audiobooks), reading some documents, screen rotation, charging or doing nothing etc. Anytime this happens it seems that the UI restarts.
If relevant: Besides Wanam there is Xprivacy (stable v1.11) installed - and AFWall+.
Even deselecting both modules and deactivating xposed in Titanium the FCs and freezes are still "alive". AGNi kernel didn't help either.
In AllianceROM v2.3 there were similar problems!?!
Any help?
Have u tried an aosp based ROM rather than touchwiz?
Sent from my GT-I9305 using Tapatalk
Yes, a few weeks ago I flashed OmniRom 4.4 and CM 10.2.
I cannot remember any of those problems with them. Because I want to use xprivacy (as modul in xposed framework) AOSP ROMs are no real alternative for me.
But also with Sammy based ROMs 4.1.2 (like Ripper or Alliance 1.x) everything was fine.
The things above mentioned seem to be ongoing problems with Sammy based ROMs 4.3 (i.e. Alliance 2.x or TGP 14.03). Maybe I should give TGP 12.x give a try?
This morning I deleted cache repeatly. Since then no problem anymore (til when?)
Hi there,
I have had a look around to see if anyone has had a similar problem but can't find anything.
I'm running PAC-ROM nightlies on my xperia z (just flashed 1017) and all works great. but I thought I'd be daring this morning and flash lightning kernel as I've been reading good things.
So I flashed Version 8 intelliplug with the 283 blobs and now my Z is restarting itself every 10 minutes and getting pretty warm. So i've restored with twrp to before I flashed the kernel and everything is ok again.
Can anyone suggest what i'm doing wrong? I'm clearing dalvik cache as I always do after flashing a new nightly.
Thank you!
Have you over clocked?

not that I know of.... lol I've not changed a single thing relating to the 'performance' options. I had the same thought, but surely default settings wouldn't be an issue?
Is there a way I can check all is correct?
Install kernel tweaker app and change max CPU to 1.5 GHz

I've been using CM 11 Infected 10102014 build with Lighting Kernel Version 8 intelliplug. So far so good, no issues here.
Currently on min 270GHz , max 1242GHz
Try install Trickster MOD settings from Google Playstore and tweak your GHZ and GPU in there.
Nice work guys, thank you!
I re-flashed lightning kernel and quickly raced to the performance settings on the PAC-ROM's settings page. noticed the max CPU clock was set at 1836.... I find it strange that it was automatically set to this but I've dropped it to 1512 and its sorted!
Now you've opened a can of worms and i'm trying out different governors. Any recommendations?
Thanks again.
Sorry for the late reply XD
But here, check out this thread! It helps a lot http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/general/ref-kernel-governors-modules-o-t1369817
Hello
Here is V20J KDZ (ROOT/CWM/UNLOCK_BOOT) for E610(dont use on E612 or you'll losse deepsleep) which include:
- Unlocked bootloader
- CWM 6.0.5.0
- ROOT (SU + Superuser. You can flash SuperSU via CWM if preffered)
This firmware is just like v20d firmware which is available since a long time except this is v20j + newest available CWM.
Its based on V20J from LG for E610v ("v" is Vodaphone CZ/EU but its completly same as clean e610)
INFO FOR NEWBIES: Flash this KDZ and your phone is ready for CM11 etc... No need to do other things.
After flash go to CWM(VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER release POWER after vibration) and do WIPE(data/cache) to fix bootloop if ANY(its normal dont panic).
KDZ modified by me and tested on LG L5 E610(NFC) when i came back from CM11 to Stock.
All work as it should.

Greetz..
great work,very cool.
Great work, can you make one for L7 P705?
Thanks!
Excellent! After 260h uptime, no freeze, bug, fc, lag. Nothing. Smooth and sleek.

So is there any advantage with this baseband over v20d (maybe better SIP collaboration)? If so, a flashable .zip would be great.
edit: Nevermind, y'all might want to flash v20d: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vodafone

Flashable zip for v20j is posted in baseband for l5 thread for a long time(also prepared by me).

and it stucks with stock and custom
ill hope u can help me
See ya later
Ps : the start sound fuxx me up .D
You probably don't have a stock ROM. I bet you still don't have Knox and you installed ROM that should have it.
You need other S3 device, and charge your battery with it until your device will boot on it, so you can charge it normally. Then install stock ROM again and it will do.

Looking at ur picture installation was fine. Some ROMs still have problems unmounting system partition once flashing is done.. After flashing wipe data and cache then try to boot

I've been extensively using the read mode on miui. I've flashed Slim 7 now. I've tried using 4-5 other apps from Playstore and didn't like any of them. Is there a way to get the default read mode of miui on other roms?

Some cm based roms for example ressurection remix have live display in their rom. It is the same feature with read mode.
Did you try cf.lumen? It is even better than stock miui reading mod but it need root for that (other way it works like overlay).
