Don't know why you didn't get it. You can get the OTA @TeHashX thread [Full Stock Backup] | 5.11.401.10 | Twrp_Backup | Ota | M7_U & M7_UL. You have to have stock recovery and stock rom, which you should have if you haven't changed anything after you ran the RUU. Just put the OTA in your /sdcard/download/ folder; boot into recovery and install from internal storage.

[Q] Please help! No network (emergency calls only)

Hello there
My device's CID is originally HTC__J15 and model number is PN0711000. It is unbranded and international and therefore should be using .401 firmware.
I follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2182823 in order to update firmware to the latest 1.29.401 but unfortunately after the update was done, I am getting no signal on any ROMs.
Well, to be more precise, it says NO SIGNAL at first and then it displays five signal bars but no Mobile Data and phone calls don't even work, so in short there's no signal.
What can I do now? My device's CID was listed under this:
Code:
x.xx.401.x - World Wide English (WWE)
modelid: PN0710000
cidnum: HTC__001
cidnum: HTC__E11
cidnum: HTC__102
cidnum: HTC__203
cidnum: HTC__405
cidnum: HTC__Y13
cidnum: HTC__304
cidnum: HTC__032
cidnum: HTC__A07
cidnum: HTC__J15
cidnum: HTC__016
Download:
firmware.zip from 1.29.401.12
MD5:
8829950C109F5CBFD64C05D351A06B45
But my model ID number is listed under this:
Code:
x.xx.709.x - Asia TW (Taiwan)
modelid: PN0711000
cidnum: HTC__621
Download:
firmware.zip from 1.29.709.12
MD5:
FAB6FECD2AD8D154523D2F57AAAE0757
I am extremely confused now. Which one should I flash? I flashed the one on top and as I said, the network isn't working anymore. It displays bars but there's no actual connection. And I don't want to flash Taiwan's because it's very different from mine! I am pretty sure I always used .401 ever since my older One X.
Please help me, I am really, really annoyed by this and I don't know what to do. I am not on an official 4.1.2 so I cannot take it to the warranty center.
I have tried every radio here: http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/HTC+One/Modems/
Nothing is working. Please help me, I don't know what to do.
Try: settings > mobile data settings > network operators > search networks (sometimes takes a while) > select your network
Hope it works for you.

Wait a minute. You mention One X. You do have the HTC One, right? NOT the One X?
Yes I have the HTC One with MID PN0711000 and CID 1111111 (originally HTC__J15).

OK, that is good. Your phone appears to be indicating that you do NOT have the wwe version.
EDIT: Have you checked the APN settings? Maybe your access point is not set up correctly.

How did you solve this? Please help!
I changed MID to the European one which is PN0710000 and then flashed European RUU.
Sent from my HTC One using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Harddrive crashed -> Lost original MID and CID

Hi guys,
it seems I'm kind of stuck witch my current installation after my Harddrive with all the informations crashed.
I turned my One into a GE following this thread
"http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781".
Having changed my Modelid from ??? to PN0712000 and CID from ??? to 11111111.
I bought a "branding free" HTC One in Germany with Hboot 1.44, so no contract or anything.
I googled awhile but i couldn't find standard "ids".
Another question is which PID and CID is required for installing CM 10.* - Cannot install with current system setup.
Thanks in advance
Here's a list of CID's for the HTC One

I believe it's HTC__102 for Germany, and you can keep the MID PN071000
Btw, IMO, there's no reason why cm10.1 wouldn't run on your current config..

[Q] Hypothetical Question regarding Supercid

Hi,
Is Supercid a legitimate Cidnum for the HTC or is it just a pre production setting prior to distributor/network release?
The reason I ask is are there actually stock roms for Supercid or do you have to return to the original cidnum to match the rom and model?
The only reason I ask is if you wanted to return to stock for your own reasons but didnt know the original cidnum could you use a WWE rom(if one exisits?)
If not would the only route be the Dev edition convert to get to the same state?

If you dont know your original cid number you can get it by dumping your MFG partition (root required)

Thanks I am not that concerned about knowing as such...it was more about how and why the number exists tbh...I just have an inquisitive nature....understanding the history and detail can often unlock the solutions to problems imo.
+i wouldnot know how to dump the MFG part

Well the CID and MID and OS number are used to determine what files your phone downloads and installs as OTA updates
A RUU also checks MID / CID and OS to determine if it will work on your device or not
SuperCID sort or turns off this check and allows the RUU to flash regardless of CID or MID
SuperCID also interferes with OTA Update so it's not a perfect solution.
If you have an International Device and you just want to get timely updates just use one of the good CID

If your MID is PN0712000 you can use the Developer Edition CID: BS_US001 or BS_US002
