[Q] Charging problem

Hey @ all
i have a problem with my galaxy Note.
I couldn't charge my phone. I connected it with the cable and the icon on the top right hand corner showed me that it would charge.
But the percentage was still the same after 30 Minutes (11%)
I had to walk in rain and i called someone with my phone for 1-2 minutes.
As i was @ home, i charged it, due to the percentage of 2%.
But then i got only messages, that i had to charge my phone.
This message appeared nearly every 2 seconds.
So i took the battery of for 30 seconds and then rebooted.
After this procedure the charging worked and i had 100% but the symbol in the top right corner didn't change.
it shows me that it is charging, but there is no cable inserted.
i flashed about 10 minutes ago the rocket rom v23 and now the newest speedmodkernel, but still the same.
Please help me, i don't know what to do.
Thank you.
My Phone is rooted
hast Rocket Rom v23
SpeedModKernel
Check the 3 pins that connect to the battery make sure non of them are bent as that causes problems
yes i have also got the same problem with my phone which started just now. i am on the checkrom v6 which i flashed 2 days back. everything was going ok until today evening, when i plugged in the charger cable, there came a window saying the battery has been removed. i really am so frustrated with this issue now. i have removed the sd card and also did the full reset of the phone even then the problem is still there! someone pls help

[Q] Phone Charging not working

Hi Frnds,
I have a SGS Plus
I m using CM9 by arco on it.
Today morning I accidentally dropped my phone on floor and there was a bit of water over there...some water got in through speaker hole and when i removed the black panel I saw some water coming out of speaker as it was playing music....Then I thought as everything is fine so there is no problem...
Then when I tried to charge it was not charging...Then in the afternoon, the mobile began charging for a while...then again in evening it stopped charging...
Then I read somewhere that it gets charging when in download mode. I tried it n battery went from 22 to 27 in a trial run
I have again left it in download mode....Lets see whether it is getting really charged or not...
Is there a way to charge the phone normally....I m out of warranty...
Also, what might have been wrong.
Anyone else faced this problem and got any solution....
One more thing is when i connect the charger in switch off mode, it does not charge but switch on the mobile

Samsung galaxy ace s5830 not turning on

Hey!
I got a samsung galaxy ace, 2 months ago, in a working condition.
But one day, i accidently threw it in the sink and it got all wet, but i suddenly took it out of the sink and dried with a towel and put it in a bowl full of rice for a week, then i tried to turn it on but it wasn't turning on at all,i tried charging it but it didn't show the charging animation either. But i can tell that the phone works now as i can go to the downloading mode and see the downloading dialogue.but i can't turn on the phone at all.
The battery is working.
how can i bring my phone back to life?
Note:the phone CAN go to downloading mode but can't turn on and show the samsung logo.

Since it can go to the downloading mode, try installing the stock rom using odin. If that doesn't work, you best bet will be to go to a Samsung Service Centre.
I'ill give it a try
Sent from my MT27i using xda app-developers app
Sure and let us know the outcome bro

you threw your phone into a sink and now it's not booting. I don't think it's software problem. better take it to samsung service centre.

Try to boot into recovery and wipe data/factory reset and cache partition to avoid the bootloop

Tmobile galaxy s3 won't stay on

Ok so i spend 2 hours looking for a similar problem and potencial tricks to fix it with no aveil..... basically if i turn on my phone without being connected to a charger, the phone will show the samsung logo and shutdown after 2 seconds. Now if i connect it to the charger the phone will start but shutdown as i approach to slide it... then tried getting into recovery mode without the charger and it woul'd just show the blue guy ( clockwork) for 1 second and shutdown... then i tried getting into recovery mode with the charger connected and it worked so i wiped the cache and wiped the data.. so after the formating was done i disconnected it and turned it on and still same problem... so i plug the charger and turn it on again, now iam in the welcome screen and as it get to the setting up of wifi screen, it shuts down but if i stay in the welcome part it will stay on??? and never shutdown unless i finish the set up, after clicking finish the phone will shutdown!!!
- Tried everything, ranging from pulling the battery for 30 minutes to fully charging it.. which i noticed that it wont fully reach to top..
- However the phone does allows me to to get into download mode without the charger being plugged in
- Its a galaxy s3 from tmobile on 4.3 firmware rooted
- All of this happened because i left a game open while it was connected to pc.. it looks like the phone needed more energy than the pc was providing so it drained the battery.. when i woke up it was charging with a thermostat sign ( yes it was very hot)
battery lasted a whole day so i dont think its a dead battery
It should like a duff battery

Battery Exclamation Mark? Cannot boot normally

Hi there, i need some basic guidance before i take any purchasing decision.
A few weeks ago a Nokia 2.1 (TA-1035 DS) got sea wet. Inmediately i shake it and went back home to open it and detach battery at least since powering it off wasn't possible. After leaving it on rice for 24 hrs and givin it an imediate blow air to dry it off i managed my self to dry most parts and extract any sulfat i could notice. After leaving it again 24 hours i connected it to its charger and noticed and exclamation mark of the battery which claims the battery is not approved.
I could test the voltage at the very moment it got we and it was 3.75v and it keep that way. I left it 4 hourse charging but if i enter recovery mode and detach the usb cable it powers off. I didn't noticed any damaged component but I can only access recovery or fastboot but since i don't have a custom recovery and it doesnt have unlocked bootloader so im a little stuck here.
Please any guidance how to recover it before i purchase a new battery if there is something to do of course.
Thanks!
BTW: data is not important i would love to flash it with a new ROM with more speed and stability.
Well a few minutes ago i thought of unpluging the battery conector once again...and waila...the phone started charging. I will leave it charging and after that i will post the results.
