I re-rooted with kingo after the update. Knox is still fine. Some users report that newer versions of kingo don't work. I used ver1.8 and it was flawless.
Just installed Stump Root on my T-Mo D959, brute force root took less then 5 mins to complete. Installed SuperSU & Root Checker. Root Checker does confirm root rebooted and confirmed root again.

This thread will be to gain advice and knowledge for those like me who don't have access to a pc but would like to go back from rooted to LOLLIPOP OTA-READY and then take the OTA, and then RE-ROOT, *WITHOUT A PC*, if it's possible..So in a nutshell, on 4.4.3, I gained unlocked boot loader and s-off with sunshine. I then used towelroot to temp-root so I could use flashify to flash twrp so I was able to flash superSu in TWRPand gain perm-root.
Now, I've already figured that I can download full odex Rom, and use flashify to then flash stock recovery, to be ready to take the lollipop ota when it comes.
The big question is, once that happens, in order to use flashify to flash TWRP back onto phone AFTER upgrading to lollipop without a pc, we would need a temp-root method that works for the m7 on Lollipop. I know as of kit Kat that contrary to popular belief , Towelroot DOES work, (at least it did on 4.4.2), and I've also heard that now there is a Weaksauce 2.. Question being, WILL ANY TEMP ROOT method actually WORK on lollipop, or will we be screwed unless we are able to get access to a pc and adb/fastboot???
Any advice would be helpful...
I have a AT&T Note 3 that I rooted and updated with Kingoroot from 4.3 to 4.4.2 and have a baseband model number N900AUCUCMLG. Is there any way for me to upgrade to stock lollipop without losing root?

If you have Safestrap installed, then you just need this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59666958&postcount=2. It is rooted Lollipop. If you don't have Safestrap installed, then you will need to install Busybox https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=en (installed it, open it and do a normal install from inside the app). Next install Safestrap http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=7216 (install it, open it and grant Supersu permission and click install).
how can i root N900AUCUEOC1 ?towelroot kingoroot kingroot are failed

Towelroot/Kingo only work on NC2 or older. You'll need to odin back to 4.4.2 (NC2), install towelroot, SafeStrap (3.75), & Busybox. Afterwards, you can open SafeStrap & flash the rooted OC1.

You can't root OC1. You have to downgrade to NC2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54803130&postcount=136 when root it. Once you do that, then you can install Busybox and Safestrap, then flash the OC1 Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59666958&postcount=2 in Safestrap. Just in case post #4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/help/att-note-3-lollipop-t3100657 has anything else you might need.

Thanks! I just got Lollipop installed! Now to finish setting up my phone...
I wanted to ask if there is a root for 5.0 yet without having to downgrade or using Safestrap ( I had no luck with safestrap nor with the downgrade). I was either hoping for something like towelroot for 5.0. Or even a custom rom with odin install.
