If you are like me, you hate all that wasted space on your home screen.
This changes the homescreen to 6 columns and 8 rows, and the apps drawer to 5 columns by 8 rows.

No, I don't really have all that on my home screen, but I wanted to show what's possible.
Yes, this looks different on landscape, which I suspect is why we have that wasted space. So it rotates cleanly.
App drawers have been tweaked now and look much better.

So is this intended for a Tab 2 that's simply rooted and running the stock Rom?

Gonna flash this when I get home. I reverted back to just rooted stock because flash videos wouldn't work in any browser I tried in AOKP so thanks for making stock better.

This is intended for my ROM, Cubed, but I'm 99% sure it'll work on stock too.

PS: but after i rebooted my device, the seclauncher stucked and didn't work...but i hate seclauncher anyway..i prefer nova launcher

Widgets don't align correctly when switching from portrait to landscape. But that's just me being picky. I like HD Widgets centered. Otherwise it works great and seems to be MUCH smoother when scrolling. The app drawer is great! Good job!

They are different, but I still have not come up with a way to do it that is really good. Unless they are the exact same it will not show right. This is why there was so much wasted space in portrait to start with, so you could rotate to landscape.
Still playing with it.

What within the "res" folder do i need to remove to restore these images back to stock?

(THEME)(REQUEST) Mass Effect Theme

I personally would love to see a beautiful and professionally done Mass Effect theme for our android phones, if some one would like to cook one up I'd be glad to donate for it. I just saw the Resident Evil theme and as to where I'm not a big fan of Resident Evil, I love how professional it is. I don't want super Mass Effect related, but more like the interfaces that they use in Mass Effect. Any takers?

Does everyone agree that this would make a good template? Is that even possible seeing as CM10 uses theme chooser. I prefer it to be a zip thought because it seems you get better quality themes when you can flash them. I always loved this theme.

. Which was an old captivate theme called Andromeda.. Is there anyway to make the orange red tho unless it is red already. Idk im colorblind and the blues maybe a deeper color blue? Red/Blue Combo looks good, at least in my opinion, give it a flash. If you wish not to have the theme after you flash, wipe cache and dalvik cache, then dirty flash the rom.
Thanks to EG1122 for his help getting some of the more stubborn apk's to open. This will work on the "Stock rooted" and "Stock with Goodies" and probably other roms since there is only one version out right now.

10/19 Updated dialer and keyboard with custom backgrounds, changed camera icon, dial keyboards updated and custom entry keyboard recolored, message send background, and fonts changed to red and blue. Trying to update screen shots. Flash this theme people, it's AWESOME. No touch of a color, no partial theme, just a gorgeous full theme.

There are a crapload of icons, time to start digging through the Rom.

Root and install xposed, install gravity box kk.
And for the N icon, edit /System/customize/ACC/default.xml and look for a line that says show nfc icon, switch it from 1 to 0.

It says that module is for aosp and won't work on sense. But since you posted this i installed it but it gives a not responding error message so no go. In due time I'm sure we'll have a sense 6 toolbox.

HTC Camera Video fix?

The newest version makes the 1080p video all wonky. Does anyone know a fix?
People have said we should just use Fast HD or HDR but those both have really bad quality. I just uninstalled updates, but I really want the eye experience.
Any ideas?

What ROM are you on? Not many have eye experience working for this device so that may be the issue. What happens to your 1080p videos?

4.4.3 stock. I guess its not an official update, but it's from the UL version, I believe, so shouldn't it be bug free?

Sorry if its hard to see, but there's some color distortion in addition to the green bar.

Does that appear in photos? What about 3rd party apps? I've never seen the greenbar before and I've tried a lot of Roms. Color discoloration only happens to me on CM and Miui Roms in the past

This happens only on regular HD video. It happens with the latest HTC Camera update for 4.4.3 ROMs.
No solution yet, tho.

Mines also doing the same just noticed lol. Are you using xceed by chance?

I'm on Viper 7.0.2 using the xceed kernel. Might just be the HTC eye camera not working right on the m7 yet. I can't use the dual shot feature either

So I was looking into it and it appears that the HTC eye camera does not work with the m7 so go to settings>apps>camera and uninstall updates then go to play store and disable auto updates

It happens on all 4.4.3 ROMs. The HTC Camera app isn't meant for M7, you're right.
But the stock app really blows man. Seriously, it takes a good 3 seconds to switch from still to video mode. Who the hell was the smart aleck who thought that was a good idea?

Yeah I know what u mean I was disappointed when I switched from the Evo Lte for the exact same reason was surprised no one complained about it
