[Q]How can we get the custom recovery

Now we could get System dump.
And i've known LG Optimus One p500 has custom recovery

i dont think this is for rooting purposes... I see only cwm in it.

Flash the CWM-try1.zip it a temporary CWM i.e. after reboot it goes back to stock recovery.
Here is what happen:
Stock recovery -----> flash zip
Brings you to the CWM 5.02 recovery menu
reboot
reboot to recovery again -------> back to stock recovery img
Flashing files seems to work with the temporary CWM

post 1 = root
post 2 = CWM

does S5360 have permanent cwm?
if so, that can be ported i guess

ohk!! thanks... that means that recovery is present inside the ramdisk...thats why permanent

you guys already have fabulous devs here....much better than me...
what will i do by increasing the dev crowd?
I'll rather develop for Duos, Pro and Pro Duos which have not a single dev....
btw do you guys have fully/partially working cm7? and cm9? and do you have any AOSP rom here?
i could try my hand on them... I'm good a making things from source...porting and cooking is not my favourite thing

We Have a permanent CWM for Samsung Galaxy Y. If you will install the MerrukTechnology Kernel, You will definitely Get permanent CWM with it.

ummm.... we are talking about Galaxy Y Duos here
and other phone's kernel does NOT work directly...

[Q] Problem in installing custome rom 10.1 nightly in rooted lg optimus 2x with CWD

I have rooted LG optimus 2x with stock rom ICS 4.0.4 . i flash cyanogenmod 10.1 nightly using CWD using following steps
1. reboot into recovery
2. wipe data/factory
3. wipe dalvik cache
4. choose .zip from sdcard
5. flash cyanogenmod 10.1
but when flash completed no changes will happen in my stock rom it just factory reset and start with same stock ics . what i have to do to get cyanogenmod 10.1 unofficial jelly beans 4.2.1 in my LG Optimus 2x plz help me

You should be in the old botloader to install official 10.1 nightly

[Q] How to install PARANDROID rom in LG Optimus Black (ku5900) korean version

Hi All,
Please tell me how to install PARANDROID rom 3.15 in lg optimus black ku5900.
The problem is my phone is korean version.
I have tried CM10 before, and installed successfully but IMEI gone .
So it is possible to install PARANDROID rom (p970) in ku5900.
If yes then please tell me the steps to do that..

Get v30j or v30i kdz. Extract and flash the cp file + patched v20 ap for p970.

I have installed V30I ICS version in lg ku5900 ,this OS is korean version , its running well..
Now my phone is rooted ,Rom manager installed and then i want to install/Flash clockwork recovery for P970 ,but is fails..
So can you know that how i can do that ?...

Just flash cp.fls from v30i for baseband. Then flash v20 patched ap.bin. you could extract the .kdz of p970 automatically. And thres an option to flash cwm too. So thats it.
