[Q] Trouble restoring to stock

Well my Top speaker has decided to blow, so it's off to HTC to be repaired, but I need to restore to stock first.
my MID is PN0710000 and CID VODAP001
But I can't get any RUU's or Nandroid backups to work, can somebody tell me exactly which one I should be using? thanks

you will not be able to flash RUU as long as you are S-ON. you need to be S-OFF to be able to install an official RUU.

please help. phone stuck in bootloader

So I just flashed the new viper Rom and after it was finished it went to reboot and booted straight into boot loader and any option I click on it takes me right back to the boot loader.I have searched the forum and tried what I seen but still no luck I have fastboot erase cache and all still with no luck. Please help me lol...

Without more info, tough to say.
Likely you accidentally flashed the international setup as opposed to Sprint. If so, you need to RUU back to pure stock and start over.

ok i just tried that and half way through i got a error[131] customer id error
please get the correct rom update utility and try again

I can't find my firmware version help

Guys i can't find my android firmware version i did the fastboot getvar all it gives this info.Where is my firmware, i can't see in the about phone either. How can i find ?

my guess would be 2.24.401.2 or 2.24.401.9.

HTC ONE M7 Custom Rom HELP!

Hello,
Ive scoured the forums for a fix for my phone but nothing seems to work!
I recently deleted my OS and used a RUU to fix but i encountered some problems,
My System UI kept crashing,
My Package Installer kept crashing,
My home button doesnt work,
My slide down bar doesnt work,
I have an SD card problem meaning i can not download anything( corrupt maybe? )
MY phone would go into ADB Sideload but my PC (windows 7) wont recognise it, but when it is in recovery it will!
I cant fastboot or adb push my rom because my cmd freezes, I can not repartition my SD Card!
Im using TWRP

someone installed clock work mode recovery already.
