Hello guys, sorry my English king, but I'm using the Google translator, I wanted to do
a question: is it possible to make a porting of the rom miui on our tab? thanks.
I have contacted multiple devs along with some kernel modders, and yes IT IS possible, since we do have a working version of CM7. Is it gonna be easy? Hell no! I'd love to work on a project like this but i don't have the experience and I have a Sprint CDMA tab, which seems to brick very often. I dont even know if theres a way to root and successfully unroot.
Thanks,

Oh don't say cm7 is working or the Android police will come after you and blast this thread
can any1 make a working GB ROM by patching our leaked V20A ROM & the ported MARQUEE??
as the title states, can any1 make a working ROM by patching the v20a leaked ROM and the ported LG Marquee ROM??
is it possible??....what do you think???
drop in your views guys
no source code,so no patch here...
I think he means a working rom made by marquee+leaked beta+Korean optimus black rom.

yes....dats wat i was trying to say. by patching(yea, wrong term, sorry ) i simply tried to mean that any1 can try and replace the libs/hardwares/modules, etc needed to make a fully functional ROM for the black.
i have a gut feeling that this is possible with some bit of knowledge. may some of our knowledgeable members take a look at this request
[sarcasm]wow, wonder why nobody thought of this before[/sarcasm] don't you think if this would be something easy, someone would have already done it? I don't mean to be disrespectful as your idea is valid, however, i'm sure nobody will sacrifice days of coding and debugging when the official release is *hopefully* days away, so why bother?

bother cause after waiting for SOOOOO many months, we have GB as "YET 2 be released". am quite familiar with the time needed, so expertise of YOU guys is asked for. it is just a wild idea which i thought might give us a working GB ROM.
BTW, the "valid,non-disrespectful, sarcastic idea" is a pretty weird stunt,eh??

Dear Xperia T users,
Some of you might already know me, but some won't. I'm a developer for Sony Xperia phones and I have some experience now
I'm looking for people that are willing to test a kernel with recovery for me
When we have a working recovery I'll also need testers for my custom rom: KA Xperia SSpeed
I haven't started to make the kernel with recovery yet, first I need to know if there is interest in this at the moment?
Thank you,

ok, pm me if you want to test some stuff
just flashing kernels to begin, but it won't brick your device if you follow my instructions
Hey Krabbple , if you realease roms for t then try to ask pple to test on tx because its exactly the same but diff design / remove batt. also it might be compatible for v but kernel flashing may be diff.
I will test. I have unlocked bootloader and rooted. Both kernel in other thread just stick on bootlogo

new kernels posted, let's hope they boot this time the command I use should be good, I used the right base adresses
I posted 2 insecure kernels, please test them both and report back to me
I am getting my T next week krab, we could join up for development?
Ive got mine now, put me down for helping to test the ROM's and such, would rather be honest and say that I have no idea on how to flash a kernel.
My Xperia T should arrive in the next days to be compared with a S3 first hand. I'm pretty sure the S3 will lose and will be sent back to Amazon - and I'm absolutely up for some crazy flashing
What can I do to help development? Should I dump the firmware and upload it? It is from O2 Germany and without a simlock, can't say if it is branded yet.
the big and might Codeworkx is having the T too....
expect fabulous dev work here !!!!
Can't wait Krab
Bring the Rom & Kernel on.. LOL

Hey guys
Im sure I'm not the only one who's thinking this but I really wish I purchased the original mini. The reason for this is the only ROM at the moment for this device is CyanogenMod and nobody seems to be making one. Anybody else feel this way?
Also just in case are you involved or do you know anyone making ROMs for this phone?
Thank God that we have at least cm.... I agree with you, and since I have this phone from July, I have been asking for roms since the first day, but this device isn't so popular yet... Vi there are kernels and mods, better than nothing. This forum sometimes is dead for weeks, I wouldn't be surprised that there is no interest in development
You guys really want a custom rom ?

Absolutely.... Preferably lollipop xD
@Will972 is one of the biggest contributors, as he gave us stock roms for every update
A sense rom based on lolipop will be planed soon on 2015 .. we must first have a kernel dev for a possibility to have it earlier but we don't have it.
The only thing we can have is a custom rom with 4.4.2 base
I just miss xposed since there is no idiot rooting guide.
I will make a rom with some stuff like xposed and sense 6.0 toolbox and maybe harman kardon mod instead of boomsound

I know rooting a HTC is not as easy as rooting a Samsung but still it is not hard. The most annoying part is unlocking the bootloader, but even this is easy, but killing time. Once this is done, you need 2 files: twrp recovery
(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=53821894)
and supersu
(https://mega.co.nz/#!ShE0gQgS!2C3GycaXd3M5UZkBpmHz-m302EPD2OTwe0OOAOnqI20).
Both can be found on many threads here.
Follow my TUT (it is pretty old, but sould still work):

HI indy140
You are not the only one thinking this, read my Statement(s) under Johann A. Sutter in this Forum!
I have made the same experience, for some reason or another it is obviously, that it is not so interesting (or to complicated) for developers to keep them busy with this device!
Good Luck, I'm keeping myself busy, to buy another one, looking before, if there are already valuable possibilities, to be my own Boss about my property.
