Hi,
Ive just recently bought a Galaxy Note to my collection and I cant wait to start devving for it. But before I change ROMS I wanted to make something for thay everyone can benefit from. So I made a TouchWiz5 UI for the Note which will be featuring in my ROM but for now its for every ROM. This tutorial will give you the SIII launcher, a few apps such as SVOICE and even the Lockscreen. You will need to download some paid applications so beware to buy from the PlayStore or searching the APK on Google would easily do to
I just wanted to share it with most of the Droid community and I cant be bothered to re write it up so visit the original link here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=30279813#post30279813

[MOD] GB-style NavBar-custom Buttons & Height-with Peetr's-18 buttons widget [T-TX]
Hi:
There are many mods on Nav bar for Xperia T and TX in the forum. Still, each of them has something good but I cannot find a combination where various mods come together that suits my taste.
So I decide to make some mods by my self. Found it much harder than first thought: too many trials and failures before getting success!
I guess some people may like these settings so I share it here.
I cannot make these without the knowledge sharing from many people in XDA (I love XDA community). Especially:
Credit and many thanks to:
- Peetr for his SytemUI with XT port of Lidroid power widget that I use as base file.
- Brunojcm for the guide on moding framework-res
- ChrisJ951 for his guide and tool on nave bar
- APK Multi-Tool team
- TiMiN8R, Recoba23, Rycon33, Gregbradley for their sharing knowledge, tips and support
- Many others for many things
Requirements:
- This mod is based on stock Xperia T-TX framework.489/492. I will look into firmware .140 later on.
Installation:
- Download desired ZIP.
- Make a full CWM backup.
- Flash in CWM (no wipes needed).
- Enjoy
DOWNLOAD:
I. NavBar height:
1- 39 height Nav Bar
2- 42 height
3- 45 height
For other smaller size NavBar you can find from Recoba23 threat.
II. Nav button: I actually never use the recent button. I only need that context menu buttons so I decide to make only Back- Home –Menu. This is the Gingerbread style that I really like (perhaps it is kind of old style ).
Note: if you need the recent button it is still there in the landscape mode only.
Choices with download links below:
- ZTE style which is quite similar to AOSP style
- Mixed of stock Sony and ZTE. I find it interesting.
Press thanks if you like the mods. Cheers.

Hello,
I'm currently learning how to create XPosed modules, because it is not as complicated as it looks.
I started following this tutorial : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2709324
I test my modules on my rooted Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5839i under Gingerbread 2.3.6.
The second example (Tutorial 5) works perfectly, I can't test the third one as there is no navigation bar on my phone.
But the Smiley Clock (Tutorial 4) doesn't work at all. I took the exact same code, and I checked here that the package for the Clock was the same. So are there specific rules when developping for GB ?
PS: I wanted to post this in the Development forum, but I had not enough posts. So if you are an admin and want to move it, go on.
Ok, I found the solution while looking again in the GrepCode. It appears that the Clock class is in a policy directory, but its package is only com.android.systemui.statusbar.

If u make it like this:
[UR L="http://goo.gl/TcIbAh"]http://goo.gl/TcIbAh[/ URL]
It's gonna look like this:
http://goo.gl/TcIbAh
U can do this in mobile or desktop browser when posting advanced, by clicking the chain icon.
By the way we have a themes section specially for themes.
U can request a thread movement by clicking the small "!" triangle button below your post to request a movement.
I could do it for u too but this way u learn how to do
Keep it up!
