SMS/MMS issues on 25b+ - Verizon LG G2

According to official device troubleshooting from VZW, devices that were identified has having issues with SMS/MMS were fixed with the 25b update. However, there is a persistent issue with MMS not being sent. It was clarifies that even with WiFi on, MMS still are going to be sent over the VZW data network. This means that if you have your data network turn off when WiFi is connected, your MMS will have issues being sent. This is currently working as designed and I don't see any information that a future update will change this behavior (this shouldn't surprise anyone who read that VZW doesn't support MMS through Google Voice).

[Q] Switched to T-Mobile, No MMS over Wifi

Hello,
Normally I can find everything I've ever needed by searching here, but I was not able to find a solution to this one.
I just switched to T-Mobile from AT&T, and brought over my SM-G900A.
When I put the SIM in at first, I got voice and SMS, but no data. I looked up APN settings, and created a fast.t-mobile.com APN using the recommended settings, except for APN protocol. Data now works, but still no MMS unless I disconnect from WiFI
MMSC is set to http : //mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc (no spaces)
APN Protocol is set to IPv4 (This is greyed out and cannot be changed to IPv6)
However, MMS only works when connected to data only, not WiFi. I cannot seem to find a way to make this work when connected to WiFi, which I would like to be able to do. Any ideas?
My thought is this might be related to WiFi calling being a native feature on T-Mo devices but not on AT&T. Thoughts?
Thanks guys!

You can achieve WiFi calling and Texting which will send MMS over WiFi by installing the alliance ROM. You first have to be on KitKat 4.4.4. After thay flash the ND3 kernal and install root via towel root, next install safstrap and flash alliance ROM and bam you should have WiFi calling and texting enabled. I am currently on the at&t s5 using T-Mobile.
I may have the links on my laptop if you need them. Just let me know.

Problem receiving text messages while on LTE

I've been having problems receiving text messages while connected to an LTE network. Outgoing messages send just fine and everything else works properly as well. I was able to nail the problem down to LTE when I realized that texts were flooding in while on phone calls. This is because while on a call it switches from the 4G LTE network to the 3G HSPA network. I did some further testing by having people send messages while on LTE (didn't receive them) and then by changing my preferred network type to 3G in the Settings menu. The messages came in only after doing that.
I ditched my '13 Moto X for a One M8 last year because of a similar issue so it seems to be a problem specific to Moto, though it obviously is not a widespread issue. I'm not rooted or anything. I don't have any apps installed that could be messing with it.
I'm not sure where to go from here. Does anybody have any ideas? I turned LTE off a couple weeks ago and it isn't ideal.

Lost Sending/Receiving MMS with Wifi On After Root (T-Mobile)

I'm just curious if any other T-Mobile users are able to send/receive MMS after rooting. I just rooted and now am only able to receive/send MMS either when wifi is turned off, or when i reboot my phone. I was able to have both data + wifi on before to send MMS files. Running KitKat 4.4.4 Build 23.0.A.2.93

MMS while on Wifi and Roaming service.

Sure has been a long time since I was on XDA.
Just updated to the new Note 9 on Sprint.
Everything works except I can not send MMS when I am at a location that I am (verizon roaming) with very low signal. I do have a working wifi at that location though.
I can receive mms no problem. I came from the Note 5 without any issues.
No problems at all where cell data is sufficient.
Anyone have any suggestions? Done a lot of researching and too many missmatching ideas.
Thanks for any input.
I do know that MMC proxy is different now with the Note 9.
Instead of "ip" it is oap7.sprintpcs.com
I have tried with wifi calling enabled. I have selected to keep data always on in developer mode.
I am screen and phone drunk at the moment.

How to send MMS via WiFi?

Hello!
I've been dabbling in iOS for a while, but I pre-ordered the s10. Using iMessage, I've noticed that, when I try to MMS Android phones, the message fails. Doing some research, I've found that this is because I have WiFi only at my house with absolutely zero signal from any carrier. I have Cricket, and they don't allow MMS via WiFi only.
My question is this. Is there any app for Android that allows MMS over WiFi where my recipient wouldn't have to do anything on their end, I.e. install an app?
I know this isn't s10 specific, but any help would be much appreciated.
